This was easy to put together, is heavy, looks great even from the back. That being said here are the details. Cons: 1. none of the pieces are labeled 2. all directions are pictures and they are too small to really tell the pieces apart. Pros: 1. doesn't really matter that the pieces are not labeled. If you look at each one and lay them out on the floor as they go together you can see which ones are top & bottom, which are ends, and which are shelves. You just have to pay attention as to which way around you have them so that the various grooves line up. 2. the pictures are good enough to see which things to attach when. 3. hardware is in 2 bags. 1 bag is the hardware you will need if you are going to hang the shelf. You won't need it until you put the unit together so you can set it aside. Hardware includes whatever you need to tighten the bits. --- Putting it together is pretty straightforward and went quickly. The pegs that hold the vertical divider in place are a bit finicky and I used a small hammer to tap it into place. The only other issue came when I had to put the top on. Having it on a table helps at this point. Having 4 hands would have helped! Everything has to line up: the back pieces have to fit into the groove in the top, the doors have to fit into their grooves in the top, the pegs in the vertical divider have to line up with the holes in the top. Once everything lines up you can secure with screws on the ends. On mine, the holes for the pegs did not quite line up. Close but not close enough. I used a needle nose pliers and kept working it around in the holes to enlarge them slightly. Eventually I got enough play, wiggle room, that the pegs went into the holes. It is tricky to get everything lined up and fitted into their slots when you only have 2 hands and takes some patience and creativity. This is the only step that gave me any difficulty. Once assembled it is a bit heavy. I have it on high counter top that separates the kitchen from the living room. The unit is solid wood but the back is cardboard. It is printed with a wood grain and the color is close to the rest of the unit so it looks okay from the back. The little pegs that the shelves rest on can be loose. I put a bit of painters tape on one end before inserting in and that provided a snug fit. All in all, very happy with this item.

I usually don’t write reviews, but here it goes: I absolutely love this storage box/sideboard. It was packaged with care therefore nothing was damaged. The quality is great in my opinion. It was easy to assemble which only took about 20 minutes. I’m a 54 year old female with common sense, directions/pictures were clear on how to assemble. It’s a great addition to my kitchen, its purpose was to hide hideous plugs and to use as a bread box and also to store loose snacks on the counter so that my dog doesn’t get to them. It’s a great size as my counter is 4 1/2 feet wide and 8 feet long. I did not hang it on the wall as you can see but I love the fact that it comes with all the hardware to do so. I’m extremely happy with my purchase, I thought it was decently priced. I definitely recommend this item!!

Not too difficult to put together til the end when everything needs to line up. There's a gap where the glass-half section meets the top. There's also a small chip in the wood on the front and some of the corner edges are splitting off a little. It's definitely not a *super* high quality piece, but once it's put together it *does* look really nice and the imperfections aren't really noticeable. The glass is real glass. And because of that the doors make quite a bit of noise as they grind against the wood when being slid open- they're heavy glass. My husband thinks the handles are on backwards but that is how it is shown in the instructions. I'll admit they seem like they would be on the other way but this way works just fine too. I'll be honest, my whole purpose for buying this was to store my bong, my flower, and other smoking accessories in something heavy and behind glass hidden from view and the demise of the cats. So far it's worked perfectly and almost eliminated any smell.

The screws and the fasteners for dry wall installation were both inadequate. The screw heads were too large and the fasteners for a dry wall installation were not sufficient for the possible weight of the cabinet. I had to go to the local hardware and procure the appropriate fasteners. So be prepared. However, the cabinet is itself exactly what I wanted both in color, function and build.

This is a great cabinet, and is larger than I expected it to be - even though the measurements are displayed, they really don't hit home until you see it in person. It was quick and easy to put together. One bit of advice - add the glass doors before you put the screws in the front of the top, so there's enough flexibility to add the doors, otherwise it may be too tight if and it to get the doors in. Once they're in, it's very easy to add those two screws.
