I have it a 3 start review because the back support cushion does not fluff up enough to support you. But the seat cushion is great and the wrinkles go away within 48 hours.

Awful purchase. Difficult to build, pieces didn’t line up well, and the inner part of seat popped out when trying to screw it fully. The back support cushion looks ugly and wrinkled. It’s pretty big, therefore it takes up more space than anticipated- that was more on myself for assuming it would a be a normally sized accent chair. This chair was easy enough for me to assemble on my own with the provided instructions and tools. It’s low profile so may not work for everyone. I got it to replace a slipper chair where I sit to put on my shoes after getting dressed and in all honesty it feels a little low for that. The seat cushion is pretty soft, like a memory foam bed. And the chair feels sturdy when you sit in it. The fabric is thick but not scratchy. And the color is pretty neutral. The wrinkles haven’t really come out of the seat cushion though and it’s been several weeks since I put this together. That’s one reason I knocked it down a star.
