Very nice case. Biometrics work great (holds enough prints for my entire family to put in multiple fingers). One thing I really like is that the lid pops open when unlocked. That might not seem like a big deal, but I bought a cheap one that doesn’t do that and the difference is huge. In an emergency situation you don’t want to use your finger to unlock it, then have to pick the thing up and use both hands to open it. Anyway, it has a nice compact size but it will fit a full sized pistol and an extra mag. It feels substantial, good size biometric memory, and opens quickly and easily. Worth the $.

Anyone can make a safe, but it's rare for a company to make a difference. I initially purchased two of these safes, each with quirky biometrics. After reading my review, the company replaced both safes, which work well now. It's rare these days for a company to be proactive in its service, but this company went above and beyond all expectations. The safe is the heaviest and most secure travel safe I have purchased. The Biometric lock is easy to program and opens quickly, and the attachment cable is strong. My only suggestion is to use a drop of Red LockSet to anchor the cable to the safe. This makes for a great Christmas gift for gun owners and travelers who want to secure cash, jewelry, documents, etc... I recommend the safe for its build quality, ease of use, and reliability, but more than that, I recommend this product for the company's unmatched level of customer service.

Set up was super straightforward and easy. The safe seems to be very safe and durable. Since it also came with a metal rope, this came be tied down for even more security. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow and I had no issue setting up my finger print. The scanner recognized my finger print 4 times in a row and opened from the closed and locked position and then forgot my finger print. I had to use the key to open the safe and then was never able to open it with my finger again. Even after factory resetting the scanner and trying again I could not add my finger or open with the finger I already scanned. It seems like most people enjoy this product but I would not recommend, it is unusable for me.

I read a lot of reviews. They complain of being difficult to setup and such. I saw this was delivered and I tossed it into my car. I was early to an appt and while waiting I set it up with 2 fingerprints in less than 2 minutes. Excellent directions. Quite sturdy and the fingerprint pad is quite good. Solidly built, and the quick start literature is just fine. The protective foam goes top bottom and sides which is important because you could have some slide inside and you don’t want things clanging around on unprotected sides. The cable is plenty strong and it fits neatly under a seat. Just to test it out I can fit my G-19 and G-26 in at the same time. It’s tight but, one compact or two sub compacts are going to fit perfectly. Here’s the stuff I didn’t like. 1) The “bolt” that goes on the inside is plenty strong enough but, is solid enough to scratch your property if it shifts. You’ll need to go to the hardware store and get a small plastic cap for the bolt. Seeing as it’s not a nut but a cylinder, the tightening is tough and you may need some of the blue Permatex so it doesn’t loosen up. 2) The bottom of the safe is very clean and smooth so, it will slide around under your seat and clank around when you hit the brakes or go around a curve. I’m going to put a few of those little rubber feet on the bottom so it’s more secure and doesn’t slide all over the place. That aside, this will be just fine to secure your firearms while in the car or to transport. Worth the money but, you’ll need to get a couple of things if you’re keeping it in the car.

and it’s open! I have one that takes a numeric pass and honestly never use it. Fingerprint is quick and super easy to use. Manual key for emergencies or battery outage. Slip fit and opens upward so you can put it in a drawer. Feels pretty solid

Bought this specifically for car storage, because the laws in Colorado have changed, and mandate lockboxes in cars. The first unit that arrived was defective, and the thumb scanner didn't work. I must give a kudos to the seller, as I reached out to them after the return window had already closed, but they still sent me a replacement unit. The replacement unit works perfectly, and fits my P365XL and an extra magazine.
