The Hoka One One is a comfortable, well-designed, and amply cushioned shoe. The fit was on the mark and the support is very good. If you are used to wearing more minimal athletic shoes, these will take a little time to get used to. These shoes will, at first seem overly cushioned, perhaps a bit unstable, maybe a bit clunky at first. Additionally, Hoka shoes will feel like your heels are slightly lower than the elevated heels you see in most shoes. All this takes a bit of time to get used to. Once you are acclimated to them, you’ll find them your go-to daily shoe as I have. I’m not a big fan of Hoka shoes’ colors and how they look in colors but the black totally solves this personal aesthetics issue. My one complaint: the price. This shoe is not terribly far from the $200.00 mark which, in my opinion, is pretty high. I will have to refrain a bit from criticizing the price a bit as I have yet to see how long they last. ... show more

I've been wearing Hoka sneakers for 3yrs now, at 1st I couldn't believe how comfortable they are, I am on probably my 6th or 7th pair, this last pair I got was the one one, they are horrible, it clearly says size 10 1/2 but they're way too tight especially the left is horrible, I feel that I wasted $170, I won't buy them from Amazon again prefer to go to a store where I can try them on, overall very disappointed with the one one from Amazon ... show more

I love everything about this shoe but the price. I have worked at restaurants for 30 years and this is everything you want. Don't buy it here though. They are half the price on the Hoka website. Unfortunately I found that out too late.

After dozens of trips to foot doctors, a friend told me about HOKA shoes. I bought the Bondi Senior as it is the most plush of their models and I no longer have foot pain. Am able to walk long distances again. Literally the only shoe I can wear.
