  • Great Portable Record
Color: Black
This Hododou Vinyl Record Player Portable Suitcase Turntable is a great value for the money. I like the fact it has built in Bluetooth, SD Card, and USB connectivity. Very easy to set up and use. This Record Player brings back the analog sound of the old LP's just like I use to listen too when I was a kid! I like it's portability and lid to keep out dust. the sound is what you would expect from the small speakers but it's quality was better than expected. It also has a headphone jack for private listening Works great and for a low cost record player, I recommend it! ... show more

  • Retro vibes, modern convenience, all on a budget.
Color: Black
It’s a nice little find for the price. The portable suitcase design in black is super convenient—lightweight with a handle, so I can move it around easily. It’s got built-in speakers that sound decent for casual listening, nothing fancy but good enough to enjoy some tunes. The 3-speed option (33, 45, 78 RPM) handles all my records smoothly, and the belt-driven setup keeps things steady. I love the versatility—Bluetooth for streaming from my phone, USB recording to digitize old vinyl, plus AUX-in, RCA out, and a headphone jack for whatever setup I’m feeling. It’s simple to use, just plug it in and go. For $35, it’s a solid, no-frills player that’s perfect for kicking back with some records! ... show more

  • Disappointing
Color: Black
I am disappointed with this because I got this to have an easy way to put some old records onto a usb drive or a sd card. After several attempts with both a USB and a SD card I could not record anything. I followed the instructions and I do know my way around electronics. The mode button flashed with and without the usb being inserted. The instructions said the light would flash while recording and it did flash. Then it said it will stop when you press the play/pause button and the light never stopped flashing. Then nothing was recorded at all. Either it does not work or it needs better instructions. It is a cute small record player. ... show more

  • Cool record player
Color: Black
This is a very cool and versatile record player. Like most record players this will play at the three common rpms: 33, 45, and 78. There is an adapter for 7" 45s and a lever to lift the stylus arm (or whatever it is called). Thee are small built in speakers, but there are also RCA jacks to plug in external speakers. There is a Line-In jack for external audio sources, and a Headphone-Out jack. You can also plug in a USB drive or an SD card to play mp3s. You can also connect other music sources through Bluetooth. So this is a record player with a lot of modern options to make it easy to use with a variety of devices. ... show more

  • Great for simple needs
Color: Black
First off, I ordered this record player just to be able to play some really old LPs from my youth. I had no intention of going high tech nor did I expect great sound quality. I liked the idea of having a stand alone record player with built in speakers; simple, easy, and compact. This little rig does everything I got it for! It sounds less than wonderful with too much volume, especially the bass. But at a modest volume it sounds fine for my purposes and takes me back to the 60s when I bought these records NEW from an actual record shop with my own money (earned working at a small town grocery store). It is so much fun and I am amazed how good my records still sound! It’s a bonus I can jack in a good pair of headphones and listen to my music while sitting at my desk. The blue tooth feature is seemingly only for inbound signals to the player. Not sure why anyone would want to do that. I had hoped to be able to BT this player to the small stereo I keep in my office/music studio. That can be done with RCA cables, but that option is not realistic in my current setting. This player claims to be good for digitalizing vinyl to MP3 or WAV files that can be stored on a USB flash drive or SD card. I won’t be doing any of that, but I get the appeal (maybe one of my sons can try that out the next time they come to visit). I also really like how small this player is. Closed up it is really inconspicuous and looks neat and clean (yes, just a bit of a “neat freak”). As to how it will hold up, only time will tell. If anything goes amiss with it in the near future, I’ll offer an amendment to this review. So depending on your needs, this little player works great. If you’re an audiophile or want to have a player you connect to your amazing sound system, then this player is probably not for you. But for many folks it will be just right! Looks nice, does what I want, and takes up very little space, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend it! We grow old and move along. But the music goes on! ... show more
