Went together in about three minutes. It's small, but it should be able to fit 8 pairs of thicker shoes (such as sneakers or boots) up to 16 pairs of thinner shoes like slides and sandals (if you stack the sandals on top of each other like I do). The "shelf" is a thin plasticky material but once put together and taught it seems durable; just don't put any shoes with spikes (such as for snow) and don't use too much force to stack like cleats or it could tear. If your careful not to rip that material when putting it together, it's a piece of cake. Looks like it'll also be easy to clean. I recommend! Added: forgot to mention that it came with an extra support rod, it has the option on each shelf for extra support rods under the material, and that it has holes on the top side of all shelf connectors so that you could get another shelf and stack it! ... show more

Surprisingly very good. It was very easy to assemble and is pretty sturdy. As you can see in the video I had pressed on the material and it made a small dent on it. I originally wrote a 1-star review of this product as I found it impossible to assemble. However, the manufacturer kindly provide me with the information on what I was doing wrong. So now, with the knowledge of how to properly assemble the unit, I am revising my review. The unit assembles quickly with no tools needed. It is very stable and while each shelf won't hold many shoes due to its size, it fit very neatly into our front hall closet where we store our shoes. It makes a huge difference in how easily we can find just the pair of shoes we need and keeps the floor of the closet open for larger boots and other items. ... show more

I’ve purchased a total of 4 of these now! They are quick to put together. The only downside is you cannot fit taller shoes onto any row except the top. I have a few pairs of Sperrys that will only fit on the top of the shelf. Otherwise, these are excellent!

I like the product. It fits in the compact space I needed it to. Two things I didn't like. The height of the shelves isn't tall enough to fit anything higher than low top sneakers. I didn't like how it was packaged, as i accidentally damaged it when opening. The fabric shelves were placed on the top portion of the box, so when I cut the tape open (which i didn't even use a sharp object for) it scored 3 of the 4 fabric shelves. This little shoe rack fits in our very small entry area and keeps our shoes off the floor and neatly stacked. It’s not the most sturdy of materials and if you abuse it, it will not last. The assembly was super easy. We have had it now for several months, and men’s large tennis shoes, keens, crocs, and indoor sandals and slippers are constantly shuffled in and out with no problem. I needed to organize my dress shoes as I have several and they tend to get cluttered. My room is also tight on space do this fit the bill for compact and practical. Things to know: The shelf material is recycled plastic, like thick landscaping fabric. Which I was initially disappointed at but actually is taught and lightweight so kudos. 8 pairs of adult shoes maybe if you have feet under size 10. My shoes range from 11.5-12 and as you can see take up most of the rack. The front and rear hang off the rack by about 1/4-1/2 inch. Room I'd tight side to side for the shoes and getting two pairs in difficult. I have a normal width so wide width plan for 1 pair. The entire unit is very lightweight but feels surprisingly sturdy given the materials. Boots would likely only fit on tip row so be aware before buying. Overall I am impressed for the price, sturdiness, and practicality. ... show more
