The media could not be loaded. If I could give zero stars I would. The tv worked for all of a week before the screen image became distorted and the tv unusable. I called to get a replacement (I also spent money on the warranty that doesn’t seem to matter) and was told I had to wait until a case was filed. once the case was filed a technician would call me within 48 hours to schedule a time to look at the tv. His only working hours are also during my working hours, which led to him screaming at me on the phone because I requested a weekend appointment window or a designated actual appointment time instead of a 6 hour window of when he *may* show up. It took about a week for him to actually get to my house to look at the tv. when he did he took off the back and the entire tv was put together wrong and was missing parts. now as I sit here on a Saturday I have to wait until TUESDAY for him to get in touch with Hisense because they’re not open on weekends or bank holidays. Once he gets in touch with Hisense he said it takes around 36-48 hours for them to get my ticket to the appropriate office to see if I can have a replacement tv. I would literally rather be front and center for a nuclear blast than have to deal with these people any longer. do not buy this tv under any circumstances do not purchase anything Toshiba or Hisense as they’re the same company. ... show more

I bought this tv on October 29, 2024. It started freezing mid stream in February. It just randomly freezes. I can't even shut it off when it does this. I have to unplug it, plug it back in, wait 5-10 minutes for it to reboot and remember it is a tv. Then you got to go back to your show. It might happen again. And sometimes even again. I don't know about a 4th time because usually after the second time, I just watch on a different device. (This is also how I know the tv is the problem, not the internet or streaming apps.) My son bought the same tv. His lasted 3 months before displaying endless buffering and just freezing up randomly. This tv is cheaply priced but not worth it at all. You'll be replacing it within 6 months. ... show more

I was sent not one, but TWO repackaged products. The first one is shown in this picture. It CAME to my house like this. The box was severely damaged, the feet stands were missing, and the damage to the screen was so wild that I was just disgusted. I saw the damage before I plugged it in, but I wanted to see the extent of it, which is depicted here. I had Amazon replace it only to send me a SECOND repackaged product, this one also poorly packaged with obvious previous use. The second one works, but I had to spend a lot of time fixing and setting up the picture. The working one has OK picture quality, but I'm still just infuriated that I paid for a new product and got these. I will never buy from this brand again. ... show more
