I recently purchased the; Hiseeu Wireless Pro Wi-Fi Security Camera system, 16 CH 4K NVR Kit, with 12 pcs of 5MP CCTV Home Security Cameras from Amazon. The installation was flawless, very quick setup, I plugged up all cameras before installing them in their final locations around our home. I installed the NVR in a good and secure location that was as high as possible. I plugged NVR into a Power surge protector strip and connected it to a monitor with a HDMI cable for view on setup. Setup via on screen prompts was very quick and simple. All, of the cameras were paired up with the NVR very quickly, within about one two minutes, this was done automatically without any input from me and without any hook up to the NVR. Hookup to our Home network; I chose the wireless method to our household router, the NVR shows you available networks, it was very quick, I only had to choose my router and enter my router password, connection was quick, I then had to select and install the EceeCloud APP, this was with using Q codes on the screen, The EseeCloud allows you to view the cameras from anywhere around town or around the world on your smart phone or computer! After installing the APP on your phone or computer you just follow setup instructions and enter your System Cloud ID number found in the setup and available on the screen when you are viewing the cameras Camera install was the hardest for me and my wife we are in the 70’s and it take a little longer but it was accomplished without and difficulties, you just need to decide where you want them and the area you want to cover before you take them out for install. You need to set the viewing area up down right left this can be some-what done before installing the camera but has to be tweaked after mounting. The cameras come with built-in speakers in the camera so you can hear one-way what is going on outside. The infer-red in the camera for night viewing is incredibly good and covers the viewing area very well. This system comes with a great warranty and covers one year from the time of purchase. We also purchased the extended warranty from Amazon for added protection, as with all new electronic devices and appliances I believe this will save you headaches in the future if you run into problems down the road. Bought this as a christmas gift after our last camera system died and it was a great buy. It was set up completely cameras, apps and NVR to monitor all in less than an hour and a half (it helped save time by not having to individually connect cameras to NVR). The picture was excellent during the day and I never had a camera that wasn't good during the day but I was concerned about the night vision because I have had systems that were infered and "high qual night vision" that sucked unless there was lights on. Or if its used in a citty town or cillage with street lights but not when its pitch black out. But the night vision on this is amazing it looks amazingly clear and crisp image nothing fuzzy or shaded i can even make out people to a recognizing level or license plates that I couldnt read can be froze zoomed in on and cleaned to perfect readable view. It auto searched for my wifi which helped and there was 2 other ways to connect incluting ethernet cable which was included. The cords to the cameras are decent length maybe 4 ft. I also liked the reset button on the camera which is useful too if they ever freeze up I wont have to do manual resets on each camera hopefully i never need to use it but its nice to have just incase. With 1tb of recording time it wont have to get wiped for 6 mths to a yr if that depending on circumstances and volume of high traffic recording. So far everything works as stated and has superseeded my expectations. I can hear on the cameras but they are not 2way so I cant talk through them but the settings for alerts is spot on for what i needed and can be adjusted as well. Highly recommended ... show more

After purchasing this items and having it installed and also purchasing an additional camera. The 4 camera that came with the bundle 3 of the 4 cameras worked properly but the 4th camera would not connect and still hasn’t been auto connect the 4th camera. Now, as stated, I did purchase a 5th camera that was install led and connected properly. After being sent another system, it was advised to take a camera front the box and install that camera which in turn still wouldn’t connect to the system. The installer attempted to connect all the cameras in the box none in which would not connect to the system. Bottom line, I am unable to connect but 4 cameras to a 16 channel system. That’s have been a nightmare, I have spent addition money for the installer to come out both time they had to come out to attempt to connect the additional cameras. It certainly not worth the time or money spent on this system. No help from Amazon or the seller tech support! ... show more

If you need to reset the camera and pair it again, it is also very easy. I got it working instantly. The quality of the video is PRO. NVR monitor can be attach to your TV with its HDMI port. Easily able to set up this system. We’ve had a similar system from the same company for years. Very happy with them for the cost and ease of use. Customer service on the chat function of their website (Johnny) was amazingly helpful both times I’ve needed assistance with a camera problem. Still highly recommend this system. I use it for monitoring animals. Some changes on the settings etc but once I’m getting to know the updates it works pretty well. ... show more
