I ordered the HIRALIY 50FT Garden Watering System to replace the drip irrigation system in my raised vegetable garden and fabric potted herbs, is an older system that I have recycled many times, thus the 1/4” tubing being stiff and hard (but no leaks) and the individual adjustable drip heads being mixed sizes. So it was a nice change not having to fight with trying to screw in a drip head onto old stiff and hard tubing but instead requiring very little effort. I did have to increase the number of heads in the raised bed area because I’m growing Japanese cucumbers which require consistent amount of water every day. So decreased the run time for everything to five minutes (timer) after measuring the volume from one head. The materials used in the HIRALIY 50FT Garden Watering System seems comparable to name brand that I’ve purchase at the big box stores, but pricing for the HIRALIY 50FT Garden Watering System was at least 50% less then what I spend in the big box hardware stores. I’m satisfied, does work as advertised, arrived intact, no missing parts, no sharp edges or burrs. ... show more

I'm really intrigued that this promises to water more evenly compared to other systems. It's got a patented pressure-compensated dripper design that ensures each dripper releases water evenly. This hopefully solves the annoying issue of some plants getting flooded while others barely get a drop due to fluctuating water pressure in the length of the hose. I also like that each dripper is adjustable. It also comes with a very nice instruction book with color photos, and diagrams. Now, I haven't had the chance to test it out yet because of our freezing temperatures, but I'm looking forward to seeing it in action. My plan is to set it up with the many potted plants on my deck. Not only will it save me the hassle of hand-watering them, but it'll also mean I won't have to ask someone to do it when I'm away. And if it works as advertised, I'm definitely thinking of getting some for the vegetable garden too. It's just under $20. at the moment. ... show more

I found some very small leaks around the knobs on the main distributor when under pressure and closed, but the press-fit quick connectors hold the hose tight and don’t leak. The hose is sturdy and durable. This kit is super easy and quick to setup and makes it easy to control the right flow for specific plant needs. The HIRALIY 50FT Garden Watering System with 12Pcs Pressure Compensation Drippers, New Quick Connector Drip Irrigation Kits, and Irrigation System for Plant was obtained for the hopes of easily watering our garden this year. Since it is still winter it has not been used but by looking at it you get this review. The set up is simple enough with the five-way connector hooking to your water input and then sending water out to the five directions, which you can make give as much water to each area as you want. I am not sure how many seasons this would last, since mine will be in the open-air but at this price point, the time and effort saved would be worth buying a new set each year, if need be. ... show more

Seemed like a nice set at a decent price online. I am not one to read the entire description before ordering as I mainly read the headline and look at the pictures. I also read the reviews if available. What wasn't in the headline and something that I missed was the five way connector. It is my favorite part of the set. This hub allows me to run five lines individually where you can adjust the flow. I haven't seen this in other kits and it is fantastic and the seller should really make it the big deal it is in the headline. Tubing is great quality, sprinkers are too. This is so much easier than the system I installed the last year. I had to use a pot of hot water and run inside to warm it up every five minutes! It was a royal PITA. This method is just quick plugging. I'm glad I got this for the other side of my yard. I'm not wasting time hand watering anymore. I use some sprinklers in pots and others in raised beds. Some are in the ground next to the plants. There's less water waste because I can water just the individual plants rather than the whole area and each sprinkler can be adjusted for more or less flow too. ... show more
