Not good but not super bad. The frame is pretty decent but the brakes and hubs are super cheap. My main concern is the very cheap brake system on this bike. I’ve tried adjusting them and changing the brake pads and still won’t stop very well. Which is super dangerous for an EBike.

    • There is a 30 return policy, but once open and you see damage, there is noway to package for reship!

Defective product, dead battery from get go. Promised $100 refund, never gave it up. It will be impossible to get service or parts for it, that is for sure, and it is very complicated for sure!! The return rhetoric they give me is impossible to do once you open and view it because the packing is very extensive and the weight is hard to ship. Once you buy it, it is yours whether you like it or not, or if it has damage, you can't return it so keep that in mind. ... show more
