My dislike for this e-bike is that the handle bar neck is too high leaving no adjustment to lower the height of the handle bars. This makes it rather difficult for a short statured person for adjustment. Your instructions for assembly are poor to say the least, it's a good thing that I am a mechanic otherwise it would be hectic to assemble for the novice Other than that it is a good looking product as several of my friends have bought them and are enjoying them as weather permits, it rains a bit here in the Great State of Washington ... show more

Bought 2 of these bikes last Jul. Wanted to go for a Spring ride and neither of them work. Batteries were stored inside during the winter and kept charged. Now, when I turn them on, they go on for less than a second and right back off. Not sure what the issue is. Have written to product support, but 24 hours later, haven't heard back from them. Purchase 2 e bikes and couldn’t be more happy. We researched and bought these because family members purchased a set. Just love them! We get a little exercise and get to ride in comfort! The fat tires take you on any trails.
