- The hip wrap fits the waist up to 43" and the thigh up to 24'', is designed for both men and women and can be worn under or over clothes. It provides compression, stability, and support for the hip, thigh, and lower back. It promotes recovery and helps relieve pain from various conditions such as sciatica, thigh strain, quadriceps and hamstring pulls, hip flexors and hip adductor injuries, hip bursitis, hip arthritis, hip labral tear, SI (sacroiliac) joint issues, and piriformis syndrome.
- Unlike various sciatica pain relief devices or single-focus supports, such as a hamstring compression sleeve, thigh compression sleeve, or SI joint belt, this hip brace offers a more comprehensive approachstabilizing the surrounding muscles and joints to target the root cause of discomfort. It pairs well with sciatica pain relief pillows and cushions to ease pressure while sitting or sleeping, promoting greater comfort throughout recovery. The result is faster, more effective relief and full-spectrum support that goes beyond isolated treatment.
- It is recommended that the hip support brace be worn for several hours during the day, especially during physical activity, and that it be avoided while sleeping or being put on too tightly. The hip support wrap stays in place during activities, doesn't restrict movements, is quick to put on, and is easy to adjust.
- The hip support brace fits on the right or left side. For the left hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached in front of your abdomen. For the right hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached behind your back. If you find it difficult to attach hook-and-loop fasteners behind your back, you can start by attaching the waist part of the wrap in front of your abdomen. Once the waist wrap feels comfortable in front of your abdomen, rotate it behind your back, and then fasten the leg part.
- Care Instructions: Delicate machine or hand washing is recommended at a temperature below 40C (104F), and then it should be hung up to dry. The material is latex-free neoprene.

I have siatic pain from hip to upper thigh and this has helped with reducing the pain as I go throughout my day, more than any other brace I have tried. With the strap on the leg it helps stay in place and better support the hip as well. Normally as I work retail I'm having pain after a 7/8 hour shift and can hardly walk after. Just did an 11 hour shift with some pain but really so minor I would forget about it! It also works well under pants without looking too bulky at all, very comfortable!

The product itself is great, and helps with the sciatic nerve pain, "stability and support." However, it's not "quick to put on and easy to adjust" IF you're wearing it on the right leg, since all the Velcro seals in the back. Thus, minus 1 star for my purchase. Naturally it's great for the left leg since the Velcro closes in the front. I have an bad left shoulder, and struggle to put it on my right hip. I close the hip wrap in the front, turn it around my body to the proper position, then I have to lay on my back and lift my leg to seal the 2 Velcros. Wish they sold one for each hip, rather than one for both. Velcro does hold great, and the brace "stays in place."

Sizing: roughly 46-48 inches around my hips, size 16/18 tall US women's denim. This fit as snugly as I needed it to and could go tighter...but for larger folks I'd like to add: the entire belt and garment body is soft and the latch ends of straps are the rough velcro, so if you can't fully overlap it you will feel it. I didn't enjoy it even over shorts in passing for sizing so, heads up for comfort! But that's also because it's a strong grip velcro so pro/con for some. Had I purchased this as a size 20/22, I could have made it work for short periods, but would have found discomfort in the finesse of having to secure it evenly over my hips even if the thigh seems to allow for more room. I tried this on out of the box and felt immediate support and relief as I adjusted it to my body. Easy to use, easy to layer. I wore it over compression shorts and under jeans, before walking into a store. A few extra creases outwardly but only slightly more noticeable in wearability than my clothes. Materials seem sturdy but flexible, I always try to hand wash where I can and avoid drying regardless when it comes to these mobility aids. Pressure is adjustable and even so bends well without inhibiting range of movement or having hard edges that dig in. *Again, I have far less thigh/glute right now than before so, grain of salt for the built bodies reading this.* My primary reason for buying this is recovery from a hip impact injury, so I'm walking but "not quite right." I could feel the thigh portion encouraging some of my muscles to correct themselves, small releases as I stretched between movements; and by the time I got home realized how I can fix the straps next time, around my hips for better stability and tighter gait control. I look forward to this encouraging my progress and would further recommend combining this level of pressure with other meaningful efforts and low impact physical therapies.

I used daily for uphill snowshoeing and backcountry descents in powder and packed snow (skis). It works well with adjustable support straps, but is not a cure for sciatica nor hamstring injuries. It provides support relief and is good for large steps uphill. It is comfortable and warm and it can be worn under form fitting pants, particularly if outer garment has some "stretch," and it can be worn on outside of thigh for tight jeans. Note: I am 6', 155 lbs w 30" waist and upper section is large on me causing an overlap at waist, which adds warmth. Adjusting the thigh support is easy. and is light enough for casual wear after workout. I have the blue color and like it. Quality is good for price. Also good for yoga and I'm glad I bought it!
