- The hip wrap fits the waist up to 43" and the thigh up to 24'', is designed for both men and women, and can be worn under or over clothes. It fits on the right or left side. For the left hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached in front of your abdomen. For the right hip/thigh, the waist part should be attached behind your back. If you find it difficult to attach hook and loop fasteners behind your back, you can start by attaching the waist part of the wrap in front of your abdomen. Once the waist wrap feels comfortable in front of your abdomen, rotate it behind your back, and then fasten the leg part.
- The hip brace provides compression, stability, and support for the hip, thigh, and lower back. It promotes recovery and helps relieve pain from various conditions such as sciatica, thigh strain, quadriceps and hamstring pulls, hip flexors and hip adductor injuries, hip bursitis, hip arthritis, hip labral tear, SI (sacroiliac) joint issues, and piriformis syndrome.
- It is recommended to wear the brace for several hours during the day, especially during physical activity, and to avoid wearing it while sleeping or putting it on too tightly.
- The hip support wrap stays in place during activities, doesn't restrict movements, is quick to put on, and is easy to adjust.
- Care Instructions: Delicate machine or hand washing is recommended at a temperature below 40C (104F), and then hang it up to dry. The material is latex-free neoprene.

I hurt my lower left back and hip muscle and the pain was terrible - Tylenol, ice and hot packs were used but it hurt to stand, sit and lay down for any length of time - I was miserable. I saw this brace and ordered it. It came the same day and I immediately put it on - it was instant relief! I had been in pain for 4 days before getting this (yes, I know I should have had it checked out instead of relying on Mr. Google but the thought of getting into a car was too painful to consider and it was ever so slowly getting better each day with the home remedies) the brace was a game changer - that was 9 days ago and it made such a huge difference - I'd recommend putting a pair of shorts under the brace because it's much more comfortable - I stopped needing to wear it constantly after 4 days then wore it intermittently as needed(started walking and driving again so wore it for that) - yesterday I finally felt well enough to stop wearing it. As you can tell I am beyond thrilled with this brace and highly recommend it.

What I like about this product is that it does seem to provide stability when I walk, which increases my endurance, but it doesn't really provide pain relief, or, at least, pain relief is only moderate. However, the fit of this brace is somewhat awkward, and I am still trying to find the best way to attach it so that it gives me the most support on my hip without being difficult to use around my leg. I do use this on my right leg, and, contrary to other reviews, I do connect this in front of me without much difficulty. I am a small person, pant size 4 women's, and I can get it tight enough, but it is sometimes hard to keep it on the hip correctly. It is fairly comfortable, but it I gave comfort a 3, because it isn't as comfortable around the thigh. I wear it over my clothes and I find that it isn't that bulky, but it would be bulky under clothes. It is tricky going to the bathroom, but I just disconnect the hip.waist piece and then pull down the thigh piece, so it is doable. I got this on sale and I think this is a good item for the price, and it looked sturdier than some of the other inexpensive braces for both legs/sides, especially around the hip. I am glad that I purchased this, although I am still trying to find the best fit.

I have a one-piece wrap that encompasses waist or hip and leg. This seems to work the best for me. Another (by the same company) comes in two pieces. Perhaps ok for some but not for me. Why? Leg wrap tends to loosen and slide down the leg. You are constantly re-tightening. The one piece doesn't have this issue.

I got it in same day I ordered it so that’s amazing. I hurt my hip extremely bad. I’ve been going to PT and the chiropractor. But I need something to help me solidify my hip so I can just function without pain. I think this is it. I tried it on last night and it fit. Now, I’m a larger woman. It fit just fine. It’s very adjustable. It can go on either side of the body. You just have to flip it over to fit the left leg. It’s all about user error if you can’t get it right. And it sits on the hips, not the waist. I’ll update as I continue to wear it!
