Includes 5 bands from x-light to x-heavy. There is a huge difference in the resistance of the bands across the spectrum… Which is what I expected there to be. So happy these met my expectations. The resistance is clearly marked and they seem durable. Honestly I have not used them yet but I will update my review in a month or so after having used them for a while… But they seem to be pretty durable.
