This steamer is the best product that I've purchased in a long time. It does exactly what it's supposed to be used for, steaming out the wrinkles in your clothes. We're always on the go traveling for work and we don't have the time to iron, so the steamer works out perfectly.

This is not my favorite steamer. I'm not sure where in the design, the flaw is, but this one splashes no matter what the water level is in the tank or what angle you hold it at. It also takes a couple runs to get the wrinkles at. My mum's My Little Steamer that she got from the shopping channel years ago still works and does it better. That said, it does get the job done. You just have to be a little more patient. The time it takes to heat up, again is longer than I'm used to, but is not bad.     • Works but not a fast on the go solution
The end results are exactly what you need BUT it is not something you can use to steam a blouse or skirt or dress pants really quick before you go, it is more of the night before or 2 to 3 hrs before you leave kind of thing. Issues A. It 'burps' water on all the items even when you hold it up right and hang the item up on the wall to steam. B. The steam is not apparent like you would think (like a teapot) until the water is almost gone and you need to use it before that happens. C. It does take up to two min before you can use too. D. It just steams until you run out of water or turn it off, no nice trigger to use to release extra steam or do a light spray, you just have to use the water it burps on the clothes. E. You DO NOT want to fill past the max line or it will spew hot water out of the holes while just sitting on the table. All in all, does what you want but kind of an annoying and wet way to get there. Plus, not a fast easy solution to wrinkles when in a hurry. ... show more

This is the best item I have purchased in a long time. Beats the heck out of ironing. If you order clothes on-line, we all know they coming looking like they have been in a bag with a bag of concrete sitting on them for a year. I was very impressed with the ease and speed. I would recommend that if you have several items to stem and get hot easily, don't do this in a small room. It doesn't take long to feel like you are in a sauna. Very easy to hold. Leaks but only when turned completely sideways which is not how you would expect to handle this. It doesn't hold a lot of water. I could do 2 garments per fill. That is great normally. But I had been saving some items to try it on. It is a little noisy but not bothersome. I included a couple of before and after photos. I did both items before refilling. ... show more

I would NOT recommend this steamer. It was a good price and I liked that it was compact. I used it the first time and it was great! Second time, it sputtered some and left big wet spots on my garment. The next two times, it just belched insane amounts of water and was completely unusable. I only used bottled water, took very good care of it. Did everything I should do to ensure it functions properly. Complete waste of money and now I have to find ANOTHER one that actually works and doesn’t malfunction. Don’t buy. ... show more
