If you are roughly 6’ tall like I am, do yourself a favor and order the large frame. I did order the large frame and I feel it is still too small. The handlebar height is not adjustable without purchasing an extender and installing it yourself. The bike is great so far. I road it around my neighborhood and hoping to hit a trail soon. The assembly was easy. One thing is that the post clamp would not tighten by hand and I had to use pliers to set the seat position. The shifting and breaks work great.
