I have had nothing but issues with this bike since having it. The handle bars keep coming loose while riding. The bike tire can’t seem to hold air so then upon putting air into the tire the air valve just rips out entirely when trying to disconnect it from my air hose and then in that process the tire just falls off the rim. This bike seems like complete Chinese garbage do your self a favor and don’t buy this bike. What an absolute head ache!!! ... show more

I ordered the bike even after reading the bad reviews related to almost no service and issues with parts. After spending an hour putting the bike together, one of the tires didn't want to hold the air. Sent an email indicating the issue. They responded in 24 hours and recommend to take to a bike shop. I already said the tire is not holding the air and there is a hissing noise. Instead of wasting my time, trying to get a fix a flat or bike tube. I ordered new tubes for the bicycle. Got them the next day and it took me another 10 minutes to replace the tubes. If you are ordering this bike, probably need some knowledge about bicycles. The bicycle is 60% assembled, all the tools came with it. I was able to finish assembling in about an hour. Need to buy a kickstand separate. Need to tune the bicycle, but otherwise, the bike is holding well. Good MTB for a beginner moving to medium-level riders. ... show more

Purchased this for my wife to replace her Giant women's mountain bike. The quality for the price feels equal or greater to the Giant, and it's also a lighter bike overall which is great for her. The drop bar makes getting on and off easier with less leg lift over the bike required; it fits her great and she's very happy. After taking it to a local shop for a tune up, just because most new mail-order bikes can benefit from one, it's working great with no issues. Brakes work well, shifting is smooth and consistent, no weird rubs or noises. And the color is awesome! ... show more

Bought this bike, got it all set up, and the front tire keeps going flat. I haven’t ridden it yet, it’s just been sitting in my garage because every few days I notice the tire visibly flat and pump it back up to 40psi. I haven’t figured out the cause of the leak yet. The colors are really pretty though and I took the advice of others to buy a different seat for it. ... show more
