I did a lot of research before I bought. Not disappointed. Took me about an hour to assemble the bike. It was very straightforward and easy. Watch the video that's on this page and you can also refer to the booklet. Great value. I'm 5'4 and the 26 inch is fine for me. The bike is not too heavy but it is also solid and has weight to it. Some of the roads I ride on are quite bumpy and the suspension works well. Very comfortable. It's a great bike for the money. Update: I had it a couple months. I ride every day about 9 to 10 miles. I ended up having to change the shifter to a clicker. The one that came with the bike is too stiff. I couldn't get it into third gear comfortably. With a new shifter it works perfectly. The bike shop did a health check on it and said it's a good bike. Brakes are good.. Just needed to add some air to the tires. Overall, very happy with this bike.

A part for the front brakes on the bike are missing but the back brakes are operational. Bike rides great. It does stop just have to only use back brakes. The assembly was decent but not the Greatest. Value was okay. Like I said before gear shifting is alright. Size is perfect durability is good. Bike quality is good

Love this bike! It was a gift for my wife for Mother's Day. She absolutely loves it. Assembly was pretty simple with the exception of the brake setup. It was simple for me because I have quite a bit of experience with tools and making sure things are in sync on mechanical items. If you aren't as skilled with hand tools, you should find resources on the proper way to setup and tune disc brakes on a multi-gear bike. It's not that difficult but if done incorrectly, it can affect the smoothness of the ride. It can also result in catastrophic brake failure (in extreme cases). So better to seek additional instruction. The manual lays it out pretty well but better safe than sorry. The seat was a bit small for my wife to be comfortable so we ordered a gel pad seat with more surface area. The original seat is sturdy and fine, this was just her personal preference. Her favorite features are the adjustable shocks, smooth gear changes, and the disc brakes work well (when set up properly). All in all, I would definitely recommend this bike as a smooth rider and light trail riding.

Unlike some of the other reviews, my wife and I had no problem assembling the bike. The reviews of damage to the bike is definitely true, though. I'm not sure what scratched the frame (possibly the nut or brake of the front wheel), but it did a number on it. Other than that, the front brake is slightly warped and the turning of the front fork is super tight, so I'll have to go to a bike shop for tuning. I haven't rode it yet, so I'll have to update afterwards. Update 8/16: I took the bike to a shop the next day and had it tuned up. Front brake was bent back in place, and the front fork was adjusted. The shifting was tuned. The following day, I took the bike out for a 28 mile gravel trail ride and my goodness is it a smooth bike! The brakes, turning, shifting, and ride quality were excellent. My wife and I swapped bikes for a few miles and she felt the same. I'm not crazy about the scratches but I love the bike overall. I added one more star just for the quality of the bike after some professional adjustments.

The bike is nice. Customer service is really bad. They really think you are dumb. Bike came with a bent fork and i just asked to replace the fork. They told me to take pics and tighten screws which would not help. I know exactly what is wrong. ITS A BENT FORK. After 15 emails they said the would replace the bike. I asked for a tracking number and they replied to take it to a bike shop to get the wheel straighten. Its not the wheel its the fork. The brake doesnt even line up correctly. They obviously think i am dumb and done know what i am talking about or looking at. I think the final tally of emails was 25. They are very dishonset people. But i should have known that with an email address from china and a person named jennifer. The bike is nice looking just a problem with the fork and customer service that think customers are dumb. In the end i will have to buy a new fork. Juat beware very dishonet people and customer service. They say one thing and try to just keep leading you on so they dont have to take accountability for thier product being damaged. Thats fine though there are many more people in the world like this. I wont buy their product anymore just cause of bad company and people. BUYER BEWARE

Bought this bike for my wife, she liked the color and doesn't need anything super-expensive. Disc brakes were warped and took a long time to set. Front derailleur would not adjust to function properly and the bottom bracket was not installed properly and wobbled causing the derailleur to be unrepairable so I removed and added a new bottom bracket and crankset with new pedals with a single 36 tooth sprocket with a static chain guide then removed the front shifter and derailleur, 8 gears now. It seems that 24 gears is way too many for this bike anyway. Seat is not comfortable at all, especially for a woman, so I replaced. plastic clips securing brake cables fell off almost immediately, they are pretty brand specific and clip to the fork and frame, so a zip tie was used to replace. Expect to add at least another $100-150 and a few hours labor to make this bike safe and actually rideable, also you'll probably need to know a little about bike mechanics to set it up, lots of troubleshooting and re-imagining to make this bike what you actually need. I dread to think what a bike shop would charge to fix these issues. The pictures are of the bike in stock condition and My Wife's bike after modification and repair.
