Seller reached out to me about the internal frame breaking and offered to replace the product. When a company stands by their products, that's a big thing for me. They offered a replacement, got it sent out to me, then asked if they could have pictures of the break so they can improve the product. I thought about the order they did and it made me appreciate the seller more because, at this point, they're not getting confirmation of breakage. They seem to legitimately want to know what was wrong so they can improve the product. This review went from a 1 star to a 4 star. The construction thing does warrant a 1 star ding and if they end up putting a sturdier frame inside, I'd say it's a 5-star. I'm still recommending it. It's great that guys are getting fun toys like this. If I had one of these when I was a teenager, IDK how often I'd have left my bedroom. Things to mention: Use water-based lube with these things. Before the frame broke, the toy was really nice because the whole thing moved as a unit. That plus the heaviness of the toy is great b/c it pushes back against you from the inertia of the act. The whole body is well-designed. The boobs are huge considering the body side. And they're firm. They're pretty great. The butt is round and firm, too. Not massive and not flat. Good choices were made. Not-so-good parts: You need to keep it clean and cleaning it is a mild chore. You're going to get lube, body oils, lint, hair, and other stuff all over it. Wash both the outside and inside with water and a little bit of soap (you don't gotta go crazy with the soap but you definitely want some to help break down oils). Dry it off with a towel and make sure you dry out the inside! Do not leave moisture on the inside b/c that's what mold and stuff need to grow. I usually roll up a clean, dry washcloth and insert it into each opening to absorb any water. And you can toss a clean t-shirt and/or shorts on it to help keep it clean after it's dried off. Sorry if this seems like TMI. I'm just saying this thing costs $200 and that can be a lot of money for some people. I want anyone who is curious to know what they're getting. === Original Review === It's a really neat toy and all, but after only a couple uses, the internal frame split in 2 in the middle of the back. I'm not sure if this is a design flaw, a defect in the item, or just generally poor materials. The upper and lower torso now wobble independently of each other. It feels weird. I'm assuming there is internal damage being done to the TPE material from the ends of the broken area. I'm pretty disappointed in this purchase. $200+ to break after 2 uses? It's still usable, but it's definitely not the same as when the internal frame is intact. Seller, could you respond with what the expected quality of these products should be?

UPDATE: Seller offered a full refund when I reached out with my concern, bumping this up to review up from it's original 1 star due to defect. If they can get the foundation to be sturdy and hold up a bit better, this would definitely be a 5 star all the way. When this first arrived I was excited but within a couple days that excitement became dissapointment - disappointment eventually became severe frustration. Within 4 days - the leg broke. Keep in mind, I'm a relatively big fella but by no means was I extremely rough or mishandling this thing. I have the strength to move it around and I was very gentle. The simplest movements led to creaks and as I got nervous, I started to be even more gentle. However, one use on day 4 lead to a broken leg right about at knee. For the value I expected, this was a huge disappointment but I tried to work around it. However 10 days in is where things became problematic. The spine snapped when attempting to clean it, which then made it nearly impossible to move due to the weight. Completely out of luck, I've still tried to use it - but then a few days ago, I realized there was dark liquid leaking out of both the leg (which the frame has now protruded through the material) and the actual insert/opening - which definitely presents a health risk as it's likely rust or some corrosion of the frame. By this point, it's now just a prop which I have to consider what to do with. I'm reaching out to customer service hoping for a resolution and will provide an update when I hear back. But after less than 3 weeks of getting this - very let down to see the money spent and what got for the value.

the product description is very accurate and was well packed when arrived. ordered the 2 36lbs model and it is quite hand full. it is solid and with mass. it contains a internal skeleton and can be posed for various positions and stay as is. it is not 1:1 model to real. it is about 75% smaller than the real model. the waist is 18", but bust is 33" and hip is 32". the real size is xxs petty to be accurate for throng and m or l for the top.

Solid size and weight, but the spine is incredibly fragile. The spine and a portion of the hip broke pretty quickly, it turned into a floppy mess after that. Edit, after contacting their customer service, I was told to file a complaint for defectiveness of the product to receive a refund. Because of the nature of the product, that isn't an option. Very disappointed.

A lot of care went into packing her up, including a custom molded styrofoam carrier and double boxing for privacy. Appearance-wise she looks exactly as described, soft yet firm skin so there's just enough jiggle but not to the point of being overly squishy. I found a few very subtle imperfections in the skin that resembled cellulite, but it didn't take anything away from how realistic she looks, and those sexy curves. The skeleton takes some effort to manipulate, but it feels solid, and the spine is strong as I've tested with quite a bit of force. As you spread the legs, the openings stretch accordingly, but that's typical with most any doll. And you will need to use some strength to manipulate her frame to get to workable positions. The holes are nicely textured and I've noticed there seems to be a pleasant "lip" that kind of keeps you in there if you start to soften up, not sure of another family-safe way to describe that.

I don't know how I feel about this, she felt loose and not satisfying the frame is also that of a twig and the fingers are like they stuck chicken wire in it and sometimes that chicken wire pokes out of the fingers, to loose to feel good to twiggy to not have to worry about being poked, but hey at least she can be used as cuddle buddy to destress

first of i want to state that this is an amazing product and well worth the money, and definitely gives you a good pleasurable time. however that being said you have to be extremely gentle with the skeleton specifically the spine, I've only had this for about 24 hours now and used it twice and the spine part of the skeleton has already broken, meaning that the top half of the torso just flops around during use as it can't support itself. i will continue to use it because it still feels great, but i hope there is some way that I can get a replacement sent to me, considering all the 5 star review none of which mention this problem, i can only figure that this is a infrequent manufacturing error, and not the norm. other than that one small issue i've enjoyed it so far, but hope customer service gets in touch with me and maybe sort this out.
