This bicycle looks and feels great but it came factory assembled with a single speed 1/2 x 1/8 bicycle chain and this bicycle is a Hiland 16 Speed the chain had 109 links 0n id and it broke climbing a hill I replaced it with an zonkie 6/7/8-Speed chain 112 links

Cheap quality and NOT worth it. I went through two of these bikes and both were faulty for multiple different reasons. Gears don’t switch. Pedals fall off. Front alignment always falling out of alignment. Squeaky brakes. Chain randomly jumps from one setting to the next. Wires coming out of place and hanging causing safety hazard. I want to say THANK YOU to HILAND bike company and AMAZON for the service I received during the order process. I ordered my 11 year old grandson a bicycle, which was his BIG gift for Christmas this year. After placing the order 2 weeks in advance, was told it would not arrive until Jan 1. Which was very disappointing. The bike was all he wanted. The bike arrived today!!! My son was excited to know the bike would be under the Christmas tree! I will just let the pics and video speak for themselves. I have to assume this review will be deleted based on the other (7) reviews. Five reviews in 3 years? Really? I do like the paint job, and the shipping/packaging was excellent. There was no hint of any damage to the product or shipping box. 1. Frame doesn't seem to be for anyone above 66" or 168 cm. You can set the handlebar and seat as high as you can but the frame is too small for most men. 2. Front tire (rim) is wobbly. This was the first thing I noticed. 3. The ends of the brake/gear cables came off when I touched them. 4. There is no high-range adjustment. I adjusted the front gear shift as far as it would go. The large gear never engages. So the bike is stuck at 12 speeds. So it's pretty useless. It appears the vendor used Prime Day to unload some garbage, and I took the bait. You can buy this same bike from another store in a choice of 4 colors for $199.99. ... show more
