The media could not be loaded. The box it came in was kind of beat up and the bike was easy to assemble, except my front wheel was bent, so it would not roll straight ..every time the wheel went around it would hit one of the brakes so it could not be ridden . I contacted the company several times finally asked for a refund and the company is supposed to send me a prepaid shipping label, which I have not received yet. This company is supposedly located in Ohio. The bikes are made in China, but their customer service is non-responsive. Once I am refunded, I will buy another bike locally. ... show more
