The media could not be loaded. This was a gift to my partner. He works so much at his desk and needs a comfortable chair badly. This chair is super nice, he loves it and was so happy I got it for him! It’s soft but gives you all the back support . It was a surprise so I had to put it together, it was very easy to assemble!! Smooth adjustability and it’s a high back but don’t feel too big at all. Overall absolutely 5 stars! We haven’t even get to plug in the lower back massage but already love it with or without that.

Greta quality chair for the price. U see online there are so many chairs that are much more expensive than this one which are worse in quality. This chair is amazing. My old office chair was in dire need of replacement, but I also struggle with picking a new chair on account of the fact that I'm very tall. After doing some research, I settled on a Bosmiller because of the price, as well as the fact they seem to cater to big/tall customers. The chair is super comfortable, but I do feel like the assembly could be better laid out. Each component is clearly labeled in the instructions, but there are no labels on the physical components, so there's a little bit of "figuring things out" when it comes to assembly, but nothing major. The chair comes with a lumbar cushion that has a massager built in. I've seen this feature in other office chairs before, and always found it to be more of a gimmick than anything, but this one does actually provide a small value add. The vibration is surprisingly strong, which feels pleasant on the lower back. I think the only improvement I'd make is that the lumbar cushion isn't secured in any way, so if you aren't sitting in the chair, it falls over. Not a big deal, but definitely a departure from similar chairs that provide a lumbar cushion.

Feels great and my favourite feature is the rocking. The main reason I bought it was the armrests. The armrests are soft and move up and down easily allowing me to slide under the table with ease. I like it very much.
