No leather peeling. Sturdy bed however I wish the draws stayed in place in a different way. If u have hardwood the draws slide around a bit. Fairly easy assembly not extra parts needed.

The button tufts are nice and tight. The velvety material cleans very easily. The guys assembly it had little dirty fingers and their prints wiped right off. Perfect height for a 10in mattress with a pillow top mattress cover on top. It was fine with just the 10in mattress honestly. The drawers do not attach they just roll underneath but I really like that because it makes cleaning underneath way easier. Assembly took 2 people about 45 minutes, if that. No sound or squeaks so far. Cute bed for the price ... show more

This bed frame is really sturdy and looks great. The problems we have with the bed is it took us about 5 hours to put together. The frame is kind of low and the headboard is not adjustable so you cant use a boxspring and a mattress are your headboard will disappear. The drawers underneath the bed are not attached to the bed and it falls apart If you move it too much (there is one screw that keeps it close but it was described as a locking drawer and it’s not). We also thought it was all metal but the planks are wood. Overall, we are satisfied with our purchase because it is sturdy but we wish the following things listed above could be changed. ... show more
