Overall it's very nice for the price. It is essentially partical board, it's not solid sheets of wood. Even so it was very sturdy. Shipped to Kansas from California with no damage. Box was a bit beat up, but it was very well packed for protection. Build took me probably close to 6 hours. I worked on it over two days. I also used wood glue with most screws and sliding in the back pieces of buffet. Assembly is fairly easy, just several steps. Instructions were clear, all parts clearly labeled. They give you extra of most screws and dowel pins. It's heavy so build it near where you park to put it off you can. I assembled most of it then placed it before adding drawers and doors. Has a nice finish too bright white with a wood grain texture pressed in. Is day for the money and quality this piece is worth it. ... show more

Nice cabinet. All parts there and in good condition even though outside of shipping box was pretty dented and beat up. It was ok to put together. No words given on instructions but drawings were pretty good. Wish they marked the big pieces. Wished the markings for small pieces wete easier to read. Wished they hadnt mixed sevetal different unrelated small pieces in one bag. Had marking been better I would have given 5 stars. Bit it took extra time to figure out what was what part due to marking problem. Suggest white stickers with black wtiting rather than stamping black letters on bag. It is hard to read. But overall sturdy. No smell. And an sttractive piece of furniture for a reasonable price. ... show more

Arrived quickly. Instructions to put it together were easy to follow. Have in mind that they are done as images without wording. It was super easy to put together, but is a bit time consuming. Took me about 3 hours on my own. You will need a Phillips screwdriver. I did at times use an electric drill when I couldn’t quite get a part screwed in properly. (Electric drills are not recommended) The item looks much better in person. Once it’s all put together it’s very sturdy. Can’t beat the price! ... show more

I just moved into a new home and purchased quite a few furniture from amazon, most of them are just so so, this particular one is by far the best. It does take a lot of effort to assembly, but the instruction is pretty comprehensive, parts are clearly labelled, there are a lot of steps but fortunately not difficult. Once assembled, the piece is very sturdy, there are extra support here and there make it fairly robust. I did have to contact the customer service for a missing part, the support person was very polite and the missing part arrived soon. ... show more

The cabinet arrived with a dent on the front, and the box was damaged as well. I assembled it halfway when I noticed black particles coming off the material—most likely rotten wood—while I was screwing it together. The particle board is weak and crumbles around the screws.
