The media could not be loaded. I love every bit of it. Initially I only ordered it because my bigger air cooler was gonna take a week and this was available the next day. I’m surprised how good it works. It’s perfect when I have to refreeeze my ice packs for my bigger cooler. All this needs is a little ice water and last for hours. Ordered 8/11/2024, this product was good and served the purpose, however,it ran fine until yesterday and no mist/fan shut off now. I would expect the quality shall be at least last passing 1+ year or last even longer like some other brands I used. 3 star as neutral.

It doesn’t stay on longer than 2 minutes. Poor quality. Update: the company has reached out to me to help resolve the problem. Ended up getting a refund. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded and willing to help find a solution. They offered to replace but I declined since I no longer needed the item. I would definitely give the company another chance in the future. Product was a 1 star for me but because they tried to make it right I rate it 4 stars

This product has so far been a Godsend. And though you can set it for 4 hours if you don't set the hours it will run longer than that. We have one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom and we keep the bathroom door open we also keep the ceiling fans throughout the house on high so they circulate that cool layer that comes down the hall and into the rest of the house during the night so the house remains cool at night and we can sleep well. I would recommend these to anyone who wanted to give this a try versus in window air conditioning. These have worked so well we have decided to get portable bigger units for other parts of the house rather than spending a fortune on air conditioning. Highly recommend them.

This product is not worth the money. Cools for a bit when filled with cold water , does not push the air far so you can’t feel much unless u are really close to it. I had a bit more expectations for this product. It is really small and works like any regular small fan, I wouldn’t say it’s an air cooler as it hardly cools / push air

Got us through the summer and made us more comfortable. The AC is in the living room and doesn't reach fully in the bedroom. This little boost bumps up the cool in the bedroom and really helped. Sometimes didn't even need the AC. Sprayed a little scent in the water. Lovely. Update: lasted a couple of years. Replaced it with a new one, but the new one seems to make a screaming sound. Sometimes the screaming sound stops so I'm going to give it a chance to mellow out. But in general this is better unit than the other ones that give you very little mist at all more like an atomizer and require you to use the fan along with the mist. This unit is a proper mist and you don't need to use the fan with it.

It is hard to review a product that is so unable to match the sales pitch for it. Read all the promos carefully when you buy a plastic tiny fan. Yes the water helps to cool for a short time but it only has a range of two feet or so. You must have it that close to yourself to get any kind of coolness. I am donating this in the hopes it will help someone else. This basically a tiny fan approximately 3 inches round atop a tiny base where you put in water. This pan only has room enough for 1 inch of water! How cold could that make any space?

This little Cozy cooler is awsome , unlike the other little coolers like this , you feel this one up on the bottom and it doesn't make a mess with the water , unlike the other ones that feel up from the top. This item was only $ 20 dollers and well worth the price. This small but powerful little unit will keep you nice and cool 😎
