Why are these four smells important for smell therapy? Moxe has used the four main aromas from the odor prism as they have maximum effectiveness for recovery of olfactory neurons. How often can these inhalers be used? Use each inhaler for 20-30 seconds twice a day for a minimum of 12 to 16 weeks for results. What are the four different types of aroma used? The four different aromas used in each inhaler are rose or floral, clove or spicy, eucalyptus or resinous and lemon or fruity.

Parosmia and Phantosmia healed - but not from this. (with edit)

These didn't work for me. Fragrances were not true or strong enough. I've had parosmia and phantosmia since 2021 when I had covid. Smells and tastes for certain foods, especially sour cream and yogurt, were disgusting. Phantom smells would bother me often. I abandoned this and went to essential oils for rose, lemon, eucalyptus, and cloves. Used them faithfully for about two and a half months and that knocked out the disorders. Just ate a big bowl of yogurt and it was delicious. edit: Added 3 stars to review. MOXE company offered to send me a new kit to try and a full refund. This is a very honorable company. I recommend.

Odd odors

These four inhalants do have distinctive, strong smells which likely do what the product is intended to do. But each of them has such an artificial distasteful smell that differentiates them from what the actual smell is in nature that I find myself unwilling to use them.

Helped Tremendously

I had distorted smell and taste after I had covid. I lost smell and taste when I was sick then it came back and was normal until about 2 -3 months later. Things started to smell and/or taste bad like rotten flesh or like chemicals. Did some research and found out I need to introduce smell therapy to my life. That’s what I did. I bought this kit and also liquid vitamin a (use the vitamin a intranasal). When I started this smell therapy kit I was at my worse. I could hardly eat anything because of the taste. Within one week of using this kit, I was able to eat certain things again and my smell was getting better. The eucalyptus used to smell like a little bit of rotten flesh mixed with mint and within a week it smelled just like eucalyptus! It 100% works for me! I still do it everyday twice a day and my smell and taste are still changing back to normal. It’s a long journey and it’s worth it, to get my smell and taste back to normal or get it close to normal as possible! Hope it helps others like it has helped me!

Highly Recommend It If You Lost Your Sense Of Smell

I lost my sense of smell in October 2022. I went to see an ENT who recommended this product so I purchased it. The smell training kit has helped me regain some of my sense of smell back. Extremely easy to use and very reasonably priced. I contacted them about making a third smell kit with different scents and they said they would. Personally for me the first worked better than the second but I recommend both products because it does help. Great company with an extremely friendly staff. Very happy with both purchases!

COVID can't smell training kit (Part 2)

I bought this kit due to research from the National Institute of Health. These are the same scents recommended to retrain your nose. Surprisingly, I could smell all of them accurately. Turns out I was having phantom odors. I'm still using it as instructed for "olfactory training." Although early, it is already helping. Super simple to use as is. No mixing, diluting, or waste. Just open and smell.(That was part 1 but works just as well for this kit). Part 2 means this is the second kit I bought with different smells. After 4 months of part one I am now adding diversified scents to continue improving my sense of smell and eliminate phantom smells which are now greatly reduced but still surprise me at times. It still has all four scent categories, just different smells for each one. It does not matter in what order you buy or use these kits.

Tried two packages - inconsistent smells

I had to try two packages. First item package was damaged where two of the sticks did not close properly. I tried the smells regardless but returned that one and ordered a replacement. Replacement package was an already opened package. I tried the smells of both packages and noticed that in the first package the lemon scent was good but not the eucalyptus one. In the second opened package, the lemon did not smell like lemon at all but the eucalyptus was good. So there is an inconsistency in the smells and quality of this product. I had that verified with my spouse as well who does not have any smelling problems.
