I literally spent only a few minutes picking this item out because I had spent way too much time picking out the starter kit for her. The different shapes add a nice variety to my projects, and the metal is soft enough for traditional stamping but holds up perfectly under a laser. They come out with a nice, clean finish after a quick polish. I bought these specifically for metal stamping and, unfortunately, the metal is WAY too hard. Some of my stamps work okay after several hefty whacks, others don't work at all, even with many hard hits. These are basically useless to me. Not to mention way smaller than I thought (that's my fault. My rating is purely based on these being bad for stamping) ... show more

They are definitely sturdy an held up to the engraver but you have to buy paint marking paper/spray to get marks, worth the money all day compared to the prices of buying a bracelet/necklace.
