9/10 Would Recommend In Summary: - Expensive computer, but for all the features you get it's definitely worth it, and you can easily buy a "like-new" one from a third-party and still receive a basically brand new laptop while saving hundreds of dollars. -The ability to flip into a tablet, "tented" screen, and regular laptop creates so many options for use and programming; it's basically a great quality three-in-one laptop/tablet/TV. - Works well for cloud gaming. - Crisp, clear screen, that is big enough to be able to see even if you need glasses, but not too big. - The only negatives I've experienced so far are that the keyboard is a little different and takes some getting used to, and that the speakers are on the keyboard which causes the sound to come from "behind" the device if using it in tablet or "tent" mode. - I'm really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quality device with multiple uses. I'm so glad I chose to buy a "like-new" one instead of buying one brand new; I've never done it before because it always made me nervous something would be wrong, but truly, it was like getting a brand new laptop for hundreds less than it would have been. The only difference is that there was no packaging; the laptop was just in a regular cardboard box within a box, but was secured and protected for shipping with a lot of bubble wrap. When I booted it up, it immediately prompted me to set up the computer for the first time; I don't think that this laptop was ever even used by anyone else before. If it was, I would have no way of knowing because it came in pristine condition and needed to be set up as if using it for the very first time. The laptop itself is awesome; I love the way that it flips into a "tablet, " as well as how you can flip it ~270° to tent it so you can watch something on the screen without having the keyboard in the way. The battery life is unbelievably long; I've had it for almost 3 days now and have used it for hours, without turning it off when not using it and still haven't had to plug it in. I love gaming and have a Luna controller that I use to play video games through the cloud; it was a little confusing and difficult to connect the controller to the computer but once I did, it worked awesome and I've had a blast being able to play games on a much bigger screen than my tablet has. The screen itself is also beautiful; I wear glasses, and even without them on I can see it really well from a few feet away. It's a decent sized screen: it's big, but not too big. It's sharp and clear. The only thing I don't like about it too much is the keyboard. It's a little awkward, like the buttons are almost slightly to the right of where my hands think they should be so that's taking a little getting used to. My one other small complaint is that when you flip it into "tent" mode, the speakers wind up behind the screen since they're on the keyboard part of the device. This makes it a little hard to hear and you can definitely tell the sound is coming from "behind" the screen rather than in front of it, which is what you would want if you were using it to watch TV or play a game. This is only a small inconvenience; if you turn up the volume a little bit you can hear it better, and you get used to the sound being behind the screen. If it really bothers you, I'm sure it would also be easily fixed by connecting a speaker through Bluetooth. All-in-all, I love this computer and am really happy with my purchase. I spent months comparing laptops: their speed, screen-quality, features, and many more aspects - the most important of course being price. While this choice was a little more expensive than what I originally budgeted for, I was able to make it work by buying it "used" and it was totally worth the extra money. 9/10 would recommend. ... show more

Love it!! I got this as both a replacement for my old laptop and for my iPad that I used to draw on, and I'm very happy with it. Only issue I have is that it's a little too big honestly, but the screen is also very nice for drawing on. Though, I did initially struggle to get Krita working on it. Runs extremely smooth and fast, even when I have an obscene amount of tabs open I can run games like Fortnite with zero lag at all. Great battery as well! It's a bit heavy, but hasn't been too bothersome; I commute with it walking to/from college every day. Be warned that the first day or so it is extremely extremely slow/laggy because of all the updates, but that goes away quickly. ... show more

Laptop is fantastic. Hate that it’s missing a dedicated GPU but for the price you absolutely cannot beat the value and quality. Battery life is amazing for a windows based computer — definitely where the AI chipset shines. Scored about a 6000 on Passmark benchmark. Laptop is very easy to set up. Graphics are excellent. Lightweight and the 2 in 1 functionality is exactly what I was looking for. Use for light computing and manipulating reference photos for artwork. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because shipment was delayed by about a week.

Just received the item in the mail. Plugged it in let it charge turned it on and the screen is completely black. It looks brand new. It came in a sealed hp packaging. It also started talking to me then stopped. Either way I can’t get the screen to turn on. Super disappointed.
