Nice scooter. So far so good! Assembly was pretty straightforward although step by step instructions would be nice since i assume most buyers are new to riding. A few screws don't seem to actually grab and hold anything. Namely the battery cover floor panel and the hood (seems to be missing a clip, but doesn't matter because the rack holds it down tight anyway. So far 0 complaints. The price reflects the quality of the cosmetic stuff, but what matters seems pretty solid. Just do your research on scooter maintenance and I have a feeling it'll last a long time. Some things are a little tricky to access, like the wire harnesses for the rear lights to make upgrades and wiring under the hood is my only gripe, but definitely worth it.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase! We bought two scooters, and they actually arrived earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. The customer service was outstanding. They called us personally to let us know the color we originally wanted was out of stock and gave us several other options. We ended up choosing a different color that we actually like even more than the one we originally picked! They were also incredibly helpful by providing links with easy-to-follow assembly instructions and information on maintenance, including when the oil changes are due. It's clear they care about their customers even after the sale. The entire experience, from ordering to delivery and support, was excellent. We absolutely love our scooters and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great products and outstanding customer service!

Much faster shipping than quoted!! Scooter looks good, some of the assembly was not as straight forward as I would have liked but a little research solved the problem. Much better quality than expected. Seller vet responsive with information. Better if you have 2 people for assembly as yo. Need to lift the rear to. Install shocks and front for front wheel install.

Got a Tank 200 a helmet and a cover cost a little over $1,900. My work commute is 44 miles round trip. 14 miles are rural gravel road and 30 miles of paved rural highway. On average, it consumes 1/2 gallon of gas, 88 mpg. Does about 60mph, I've had it up to 72mph down hill with a stiff tail wind. A stiff head wind, ascending a hill, about 48mph. One trip I got a mind boggling 120mpg. It really depends on cruising speed, terrain and wind direction. A cross wind can beat you up a bit and keep you on your toes. My Navigator gets about 13.5 mpg. I'm down to driving it once a month. The scooter is an absolute budget saver. I think it will pay for itself within three months in gas savings. Assembly was not difficult, though a little bit of mechanical skill is helpful. It comes with absolutely no assembly introductions, but there are plenty of youtube videos on very similar models to help guide assembly. Hope this helps someone in making a purchase decision.

It works like a dream. No issues. First I should say they called me 2 days afteri I ordered it to let me know that the color I ordered was not available. Jokes on them I didn't want back anyway. I was able to get a color I really wanted but didn't see was available on Amazon. The delivery was fast and very easy. Once I got it I built it by myself (don’t recommend) but I suggest you find a friend. Once it was here and set up I tested and called to get the valid MCO and bill of sale. The MCO that shipped with the bike is not. I live in Ohio so I checked on the BMV website to make sure the scooter could be registered. (It is key to check with your state BMV).

The first thing you need to know about buying this is Amazon will contact you for a phone number to call and schedule delivery, keep up with this message string, the seller will send additional information in this message so that you can title the vehicle. If your like me and are unaware of this message string it may take days to realize that you need to follow up with the vin number to finish the process. This is totally on Amazon for not emailing me to let me know about the additional information, not the seller. My scooter arrived quickly, 6 days, and was easy to assemble and get going. I would suggest assembling the center stand as soon as possible to make the rest of the assembly easier. With the center stand down I had the wife lean on the back to attach the front wheel, and then to attach the shocks all I had to do was pull down on the back to align the bolts, very easy this way and no real lifting except to remove it from the base of the "crate"

Great bike, very impressed for the price. Put a k&n style air filter and free flowing exhaust on it. Full sized scooter with good 13” tires. Arrived with a scratched front light cover, I was sent a new one (did take several call).
