When my high end bike ($1000+) was stolen, I needed an inexpensive replacement quick (I’m planning on getting an electric bike in the early spring, and didn’t want to blow the bank on a temporary, replacement bike) as I try to do a 14-20 mile ride five times a week as exercise. I bought this bike during Prime Days and was shocked that it actually arrived in two days, because bulky items from Amazon sometime don’t quite always get delivered when promised. ;). Packed perfectly, and so easy to set up, it took about 25 minutes to assemble the bike, and off I went. While perhaps not suitable to do the Tour de France, this bike surprised the hell out of me! Well built, sturdy, and easy to ride, it’s a solid bicycle for occasional or everyday use, with a high value for lthe dollar spent. I’ve tried to think of any flaw that it had, for this review, and the only thing I can come up with is that the disc brakes might need a minor adjustment at a professional bike shop, but even out of the box, they were fine. Honestly, I’ve had the bike for several weeks now, and have ridden it almost every day, and am beyond satisfied with the ride and the quality. I feel like it was the deal of the year, with 10s across the board from me. One note, get yourself an after market kick-stand and water bottle holder (it doesn’t come with those), and get out there!

I received my bike within a few days of ordering it. When I got to the last step of assembly, which is installing the seat, I realized that the seat post would not go into the frame. Upon inspection, it appeared that the frame had been damaged in shipment thus elongating the hole. I reached out to customer service and received a response from Kevin in less than 24 hours. With a few additional back and forth e-mails to include sharing photos of the damage, Kevin agreed that it was damaged in shipment and setup a shipment of a replacement bicycle. The new one arrived a few days later and was in perfect shape. I have only had it out a couple of times so far and it is a nice bike. I will say that on two occasions, it has shifted gears on its own, but that might just be an adjustment that is needed. Also, for me, the seat is really uncomfortable, but that will easily be solved with an aftermarket seat. Lastly, as others have said, it does not come with a kick stand, so you will need to purchase once separately. Overall, it is a good value for the price, and the customer service was exceptional.

Great bike for the price. Assembly was straight forward. I had my own tools but the tools that were provided worked great. The brakes worked smoothly right off the bat. It was packed well. No damages. Seat is comfortable. I’ve had road and mountain bikes. I wanted something that was versatile but also not to worry in case of theft. I’m 6’1” and the large is good. If you are above 6’2” you may want a larger size if there is one. I like it because it’s compact and medium weight. The handle bars aren’t too long which is what I don’t like for when riding near cars. The regular handle bars keep you tucked in. With the seat at the half way mark I can fully extend my leg to the pedal.

I recently moved to Florida! I got an e-bike, and I LOVE it. However it is HEAVY. If my elevator is down for any reason I am stuck. THIS bike is lightweight, and I can carry it up and down the stairs. It is also a pleasure to ride. I ride every morning after jogging. (I have yet to try the speeds. I prefer to pedal harder, so I can't attest to how good they are, but the bike is SOLID!)

I’m not one to make negative reviews but this bike is dangerous. Both petals have fallen off due to the metal being rubbed and stripped from use (one month of use, nothing intense), the back wheel also fell off while riding it, causing me to ride into an intersection. Upon investigation it was due to the metal connecting the back wheel to the bike also being stripped. Completely dangerous. As someone who’s grown up riding bikes daily, my entire life I could say this is probably the worst most cheaply made bike I have ever seen, to the extent where you could get seriously injured trying to ride this. Stay away.

This is a good choice for the casual to moderate cyclist. It was easy to assemble and required very little adjustment. I did have to center the brake assembly to the front and rear disks, but that was very simple. I highly recommend it for your enjoyment.

Overall, you get what you pay for. The box arrived mildly damaged. There was one bent spoke upon opening. Assembly should go well, if you have average skills or above. My bike had both wheel bearings overtightened. The wheels would spin once freely instead of easy rotation. Easy enough if you know what you are doing. The front disc brake needed some adjustment. just watch a youtube video and you can learn how to do that. I got the large frame bike - would be nice if the handlebar height adjusted.
