Great value. I highly recommend this stove! It has, essentially, the same airflow as a Solo Stove. It lights quickly with some dry newspaper and good dry kindling and is easy to clean. It is essentially smokeless once going and using dry wood. You do get some smoke when first lighting it, but that is normal for any stove. People have complained about the discoloration from the high heat but that is also normal and expected for anything exposed to those high temperatures including expensive Solo Stoves. Used once last night; seemed smokess. Burrned very hot; nice for cool nights. So far, good value. Minuses are there are no handles to carry with. It also does not include a spark arrestor to prevent large sparks from exiting the fire. Other pits I have owned had such a 'screen' which broke up large sparks into smaller ones. No poker iis included, either. The description is accurate and does not mention the items I feel should be included. ... show more

I love this firepit. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the fact that it is not connected to the stand so if you try to move it you pick up the barrel, stand isn’t attached

This product is made with exquisite and quality steel. The holes are esthetically placed, which makes the secondary fire to burn in a great pattern. Quick to set up, and perfect size, even putting on the fire was easy, my kid was able to do it. I ordered the smokeless 20” pit and the heat shield. We had our first burn in it and once the fire is going it really is smokeless. Needless to say it was a hit. The heat deflector is a must have and pushes the heat out very well. It’s very therapeutic to watch the smoke burn off. It’s also cost a fraction as the name brand pits but does the same thing. Only con is the wood you put in it will need to be cut into smaller chunk size piece. For full length wood(18”) id look into a bigger unit. But I had some pine I cut down into 12” chunks and it burned very clean. Also very light weight, portable and easy to remove the ashes. ... show more
