I got this because I am a spark driver and am always having to load/unload and deliver heavy items such as cases of water. My back was always hurting so I got this in hopes to alleviate that pain. IT WORKED!! Took my pain away and helps me with my bad posture. I got an XL and it is a good fit for me (5’2” and 175lbs). The shoulder straps are very comfortable. The brace moves with me and is flexible. But it don’t ride up like others I tried. Very good value.

I recently found out that my spine is slightly curved. I am going to give this a try. I thought it might be uncomfortable to wear. I found it very comfortable and it actually feels better to wear it. I have some bad posture habits and I let my shoulders roll forward. This brace helps me remember to keep my shoulders back. It is fairly comfortable, and definitely more comfortable to wear compared to others I have tried. My biggest complaint is that the material smells awful. I have had it hanging up to air out since I opened the package. The smell has not faded.
