    • Worst customer service EVER.
Horrible bike arrived damaged, customer service is a nightmare always wants pictures and videos and will give you the run around on needing more pictures and videos of the problem, without ever fixing anything or actually helping. I’ve gone through 3 rear tires in under 6 months of owning it, the rear wheel/motor makes a grinding sound, and lurches at points, can’t use pas 1 without hearing a constant grinding noise in the motor, back wheel nut won’t stay tightened and the bolt that goes through the motor is stripped, can’t get any help and can’t return or get my money back. I use this as my primary mode of transportation saving up for another car, but isn’t possible when it’s a gamble any time I ride it that the wheel may fall off or that the motor will die on me and leave me stranded. Hopefully customer support will see this and actually give me my refund, as I’ve tried contacting the company Heybike, but get told that because it was purchased off Amazon that they can’t or won’t help, and the company listed is Jasion which isn’t Heybike like on the website or the bike itself, so don’t recommend due to problems and customer support not actually helping, a refund would be great so I could look at other options for a different bike, as this one is problem after problem with no support from the company. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Great bike with a few minor issues. The rear basket doesn't fit and it's enormous. There's no indication your turn signal is on so I added yellow LED's and embedded them into the screen clamp. It's also chonky. Big and heavy. Great ride though, excellent power.

This merchant is horrible ! I paid for this bike thru affirm. I got the bike and it is way too heavy, they didn’t mention the weight in the description. Trying to return the bike because I can’t lift a 75lb bike. I requested a return label from them on June 8 th, I have yet to receive that label and because it is costing me 33% a day on finance charges. They actually messaged me today asking if I could just keep the bike and give it to a friend! Are you kidding me? I can’t afford to give anybody a $1200 bike.
