I purchased this with the front and back baskets mostly to go to the grocery store and run errands. When building it, use the video qr code as it covers everything better than the printed version. We bought a pair of Ranger S and love them! It’s been so hot outside this summer that we’ve had to ride at night. But thanks to the bright headlight, signals, and tail light with flashing brake light it makes riding after sunset a lot of fun. We have about 10O miles on our bikes and have appreciated the power this bike delivers. We use both PAS & full throttle and have yet to drain the battery below half on a 20 mile trip and we are not lightweighted people. Avg speed we are comfortable with is 17-20 mph and the bikes would deliver more if we needed the speed. Handles gravel roads great. Wear those helmets though. The seat is okay, but HEYBIKE could do better on the seat, we purchased other seats. Two other small safety details, the pedals don’t grip your shoe and are not wide enough. We found our feet slipping off the pedals which is not fun at faster speeds. Our head light keeps unplugging because the wire is not very long. Put tape on the headlight connection, changed seats, and bought wider spiked mountain bike pedals. The quality of the bike overall is incredible, love the app. We learned through their great customer service that one of the bike’s speed was still restricted to a class II, but a simple slide on app speed changed it to class III. The PAS level 1-5 change is so helpful, especially when there’s more than one rider and you want to rider together. Love not smelling exhaust like on scooters, no insurance cost, and no special license to use where we live. Charges fast and we do keep the batteries indoors. Looking forward to using a bike cargo trailer for grocery store trips- this bike will have no problem handling pulling a trailer. I received my heybike ranger s this week, and let me tell you, that I'm absolutely in love with it. Was easy to put together, easy to learn everything about it!! Folds up easy and I put it in a 50 gallon heavy duty tote to take camping!! So much fun!! Thanks Heybike ❤️
