This is a great Ebike and I’ve had great customer service. I contacted the seller with questions about my order and they were quick to respond and were very helpful. Back to the bike though, it’s my first Ebike so I don’t have anything to compare it to but this bike has a lot of power! The pedal assist makes it so easy to ride and a lot of fun. The real fun is using the throttle! I’ve got it up to 28mph!! What a rush! It’s also pretty easy to put together it didn’t take my partner & I long at all. The seat is actually comfortable and I love that it has shock absorbers built into it. My one complaint is I find it hard to fold the frame part. I ended up kicking the frame really hard to get it to release. This could be just me needing to learn the proper technique. Suggestions welcomed. 🙂 Also there are a lot of videos online on how to put it together, how to use the bike and how to fold it. They make it look so easy. 😆 Overall I’m happy with my purchase and I would recommend this bike to anyone. Update to add that my rear basket was shipped separately days later which is why it’s not in these photos. ... show more

The bike is pretty good and enjoyable to ride. When I first got it, I wasn’t completely satisfied because the tires were much fatter than I expected, and I had never ridden a fat-tire bike before. One downside of the fat tires is that the seat height becomes a bit higher, which makes it slightly harder for my wife to ride comfortably. Luckily, I’m the main person using the bike for daily commuting and dropping off/picking up the kids from school. After riding it for a few days, though, I started to appreciate one big advantage of the fat tires: I can easily ride on grass. That has actually been very convenient during school pickup and drop-off, since I don’t always need to stay on the walkway. Riding across the grass makes things much easier and more flexible. Overall, I’m happy with the bike and like it a lot. One improvement I’d love to see is better built-in security features. For example, a rear wheel lock that can be locked with a key, and an alarm system that sounds if someone touches or moves the bike after it’s locked. I think these features would not be difficult to implement, but would make the bike much more appealing. ... show more

This bike has been great for us. The shipping was super fast (was supposed to be a Father's Day gift.) The second bike showed up a few days later. We've used these bikes on a daily since getting them. It's been so much fun. The battery life has been phenomenal. My husband is a more adventurous rider so the durability of the bike has been great. Good sturdy bikes. A little heavy for us seniors when trying to load them on our vehicle, but we are managing. Fun to ride. My only complaint as of right now is the back brake squeaks after only a few uses. Only had them about a month.

The bike came defective and the merchant is very difficult to deal with and will not refund our money nor will they send a shipping label wanted to charge $250 to send back a bike that was sent to us that was defective buyer beware

I’ll start w. The fact I don’t need to buy a $300.00 bike rack !! Savings in my pocket! Super Cool to “fold” a bike, & pack it away in a small car such as my Subaru Impreza, a small version of a sedan !! Right in my back seat u can see the picture of my E-bike folded (lol) & headed to the nearest bike trail !! I know I need to exercise but I don’t have motivation for any of it! Not a gym, not a regular bike nor a treadmill!! This is different!!! Once I get a lil tired, my e-bike takes over until I can again!! I feel like a kid in the candy store writing this review ! Never did I think an e-bike would make a difference “motivating me to exercise” !! I test drove an e-bike bc of a contest (no I didn’t win) but that was the reason I got on one to begin w. I felt so free riding and riding!! My husband is a bike fanatic & not once have I ever said “hey let’s ride together!” I definitely said “NO TY” but with the e-bike I ride just as long as he does! And NO I am not selling myself short bc it’s an e-bike it’s the total opposite “the e-bike has me exercising” I am inspired to keep going bc when I can’t the bike can! I even go up hills!! I luv when ppl shout “wow go go! U got it!!” Lol I don’t know if they don’t know the e-bikes helping me, either way it’s motivating!! Yes the bikes heavy but I am a strong girl & I have an even stronger son that helps me when I can’t !! He assembled the bike for me, reviews say it’s easy, I’m sure it is, I guess we like doing things the difficult way… smh !! We wanted to be certain we understood so we watched utube on rewind x100 w. Paper instructions on re-read over & over !! Im still learning the gears & the computer! I did reach out to CS, I think it took about 6 days for a response but I guess it’s bc it wasn’t important or anything that needed urgency! There response was great CS & I appreciate that! I recommend Hey Bike Ranger for the Newbies, to the expert bike rider ! Don’t miss out Having Fun as Adults I also ordered my bike w. A basket for the front & back but instead I’m going for the saddle bag in back & I’ll add my basket when summer comes back!! I did read there’s a “carry bag” u can put ur bike in, to make it easier for carrying & transporting. I’m definitely going to buy that, bc when I have to put the bike in my sons trunk I have to lift it very high off the ground and it’s heavy I don’t want to scratch his car or my bike!! ... show more

I revise my review because the second bike shoved the next day because if you purchase a combo, it will come into separate packages altogether we put the bikes together. They work just fine if you do not see a manual how to put it together go to the listing that you bought it from and there will be a video Should be the third video. It’s very simple and easy to watch to put together bikes look great there was a minor dent in the fenders and some scratching on the paint but shipping is shipping altogether.
