Fantastic, and great value. We just bought one to share and after two days in very hilly state parks and a few weeks at home, Iwe could not be more pleased. This bike is sturdy, overpowered, and has huge battery life. I just ordered the saddlebags because we will make some practical use as well.

    • Reliable, fun, fast, i am glad i bought it.
I have already put over 200 miles on it. A lot of fun to drive. It is FAST. I wish it had turn signals, they should be required, since these are motor vehicles. I use it to commute to work (3miles). I bought a full cover to protect it from rain.

Received the Heybike promptly, I knew I wanted a 4 inch tire bike for our gravel roads and this bike worked perfectly, really feels secure on dirt and gravel. Assembly was no problem, the instructions are online, just scan the QR code enclosed in the box and the instructions come right up.

Assembly was easier than expected. Good online manual and video did help. I do recommend having a 2nd person help. Looking forward to our first long ride. Bikes seem very sturdy and built to last.

So much fun to ride! I installed a front child seat and my toddler always has a blast riding! It has every feature we wanted (throttle, basket, front and rear light, bell), the throttle and the PA both work great.

My wife and I bought two Heybike Ranger ebikes from amazon and both are broken out of the box. One bike will not turn on...with a fully charged battery and the other has a battery that will not charge at all. I have been trying to get help, but get tangled up in all of the "customer service" roadblocks. I did as much troubleshooting as I dare, including checking wire connections battery pins, resetting the battery many times. I believe the problem is in the electronic controller or somewhere in the wire loom. I thought I would try taking the battery out of the other bike to insert in bike #1, only to find that battery will not charge at all (after 24 hrs of charging). I am so frustrated with the lack of quality control. I am also disappointed with the difficulty in getting help to solve the problem. Amazon needs to stand behind their customers and enforce quality control and customer service solutions. ... show more
