Save your money and Do Not Buy!!! When we got the bike we had a problem with it. Multiple emails and pictures and videos were sent because the bike was unsafe. However Hey Bike’s customer service was horrible. They received the bike back and did not refund the money. Had to call Amazon and the company multiples times and spend many hours to address the issue!! ... show more

    • Difficult to get support
Update*** After many emails back-and-forth the support team reached out and we were able to come to a mutual agreement to resolve the issues with both of our bikes. Original review: Bought two bikes and both came with operational defects. Reached out and have given customer service almost a week to get back and they have yet to reach out. They keep saying to give them 24-48 hrs more when you call the main number. One bike the controller shuts off and won’t come back on randomly with a full charge. Bike also came with a scratched up battery. My second bike the battery won’t lock in due to the battery bracket being installed wrong making the bike completely unusable. There were wires crushed between the frame and the frame plate completely flattening the wires straight from the factory. ... show more
