Ordered this cityscape heybike after returning other brand. Have a heybike previously and was well satisfied. This one is slightly different, but is mostly identical. 36v is enough power and everything is conveniently located. Only flaw is the seat hardness. Love the bike.

I am so thrilled with this bike. It is very comfortable to ride and easy to use, and I love that it is Pink!! Only two small complaints: when I received the bike there were a couple of chips in the paint. Also, the battery is really hard to pull out, but hopefully, this would deter it from being stolen! ... show more

I changed my review to one Star because thankfully I’m a mechanic and I had to modify this bike like crazy because it is trash the way it comes out of the box I made it better, and the seller is absolute garbage their communication is garbage and their solutions for all the problems the bike has is garbage!!!!!!! This bike is my second e bike and it is definitely better than the first one I bought. When I decided to buy this bike I was looking through the pictures and was hoping to get what was pictured, black seat black handle grips but it did not come like that. It came with a brown seat and brown handle grips (ugly) the description also states that the bike goes 23 mph (only if you turn off the speed limiter) if you decide to do this it will drain the battery significantly faster. I also chose to upgrade the seat because the seat that it comes with is extremely uncomfortable. I highly suggest putting better tires on this bike as the ones that it comes with aren’t very strong, for anyone that is looking for correct information when it comes to bicycle tires the higher the TPI the stronger the tire is. I also upgraded the tires, also upgraded the hand grips as the ones that it comes with are ugly … the description states that you can go about 25 miles on full throttle this is 100% false a more realistic number would be like 10 to 15 miles on full throttle… this bike came with battery issues and heybikes customer service is pure trash!!!!! I can’t wait to ditch this garbage bike…. As you can see in one of my pictures I have to shove a knife in my battery for it to charge properly there is DEFINITELY something wrong with the battery but heybike is insistent on providing really bad costumer service and I’m tired of arguing with their really really bad and uneducated customer service !!!! ... show more

I initially had a problem getting it started but it landed up being a “user” problem. I have been enjoying the ride and still am peddling and getting the exercise but the motor does help when going up hills. “Cassie” from customer service was very responsive when I initially reached out.
