I use this to go riding with my kids in the neighborhood. The saddle bags it came with a great. They are huge and just so easy to throw a water bottle and snacks in. When the battery runs out, it is a little difficult to ride. I've added a kids bike trailer and it does just fine. The battery length is confusing and not easy to tell how long it will last, definitely depends on how much assist you use. I can get 10 miles of full assist out of the battery though.     • This companies customer service is excellent. Rachael who we worked through was outstanding.
I bought the Heybike Cityscape for my wife and when we first got the bike we had an intermittent problem with the controller. The throttle and pedal assist did not work every time we tried it. Heybike support service was outstanding assisting us in getting a resolution to this problem. We worked through Rachael in customer service and she was excellent in sticking with us to make sure we were completely satisfied.
