I love that they had orange which is my favorite color so I got that one for me, and a green one for my son. I'm so happy that I went with Heybike. We love our bikes! They look great, handle great, and they are perfect for getting this out-of-shape fifty-something woman up our area's steep hills with the pedal assist, yet still affords me my exercise which is what I really need. Before getting this bike I hadn't been on a bike in literal decades and I am really enjoying riding it. My doctor will be so pleased that I am exercising when I see him later this month! I also love that it is a step through so I can get of and on it easy. And once we figured out that I wasn't getting their emails, and the problem solved, customer service is really top notch which is so refreshing this day and age! I just received my bike and put it together. It was very easy to assemble. While assembling it together I was taking a very close look on how it was. And is made very well and a lot of nice features. Although it's winter where I live so I couldn't take it for a long ride l did take it for a short one and found the bike to be very comfortable. In comparison with my other ebike I like the heybike better. It has more and better features. ... show more

    • Don’t bother. Nothing but problems
I was excited to be able to have a bike I could use to gradually get in shape and ride to work. After two rides I’ve had nothing but problems. I can’t go more than a few miles before error code 30 shuts everything down. I didn’t want a 70 lb your bike I would’ve bought a manual bike. I’m not even sure if I want to pick this bike. I’m thinking I’ll just send it back to the manufacturer. Huge disappointment. ... show more

Very nice bike for the money. Gets lots of compliments. Could use a better seat with springs or a shock absorbing seat post, but otherwise very comfortable ride. Could also be improved with the torque sensor pedal assist.
