Great product, this is the second one I've bought my cat's absolutely love it! They have little cubby holes, beds, a round hammock (their favorite place to nap) and toys to swat at. I have had the 1st one almost 2 years and still in great shape! I bought a second one for more climbing space in their cat room that I am adding a cat highway and other fun activities for them to go in and play with. I love they have a play area they can go into anytime they want so I converted my basement into a huge play activity area just for them to come and go as they please. When the box arrived and I saw how small it was, I was worried that something was missing. Turned out it was well packed and secured with in a plastic bag, keeping it clean and neat. I open the box and started to unpack for assembly and my 3 year old cat started climbing and rubbing on the parts, she seemed to like it and it wasn't even built yet. The instructions were ease to understand and follow. I had it put together in about 30 minutes, I think I could have been done sooner, but as I was building it, the cats would explore and play in the sections that were done. In the picture you can see my 3 year old cat Mystic on the top tier. She rode up there as I slide it in the corner where I took the picture. My 5 year old was asleep in the lower cat cube. I'm thinking of getting a second one for upstairs because they love it so much. ... show more

Normally I only write bad reviews when things are just awful. This a 100% positive review. I found this Cat Tree to be really very well diagrammed (the sketches used to put the product together). Many of the products I've had from other companies looked like they were drawn with no eye towards 3 dimensions and clarity. This product was purchased for a Maine Coon cat - some of which get up to 25 lbs. The build of it was very sturdy, the screws thick and well made. The layers of the build are sure to engage our cat as she grows and I'm totally pleased. When you assemble this product make sure you have time to do it, it can't be slapped together. With two people, this wasn't a hard assembly. Bit overwhelming when I started it solo because there are so many pieces, but ultimately not difficult. Both of my cats are enjoying it. This cat tree is awesome. I shopped for a long time something that would be sturdy enough for my 17lb cat (he's not far just big) I came across this one and gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did. Assembly was easy, I think it took me less than an hour to build. The screws, and all the platforms were well made and seemingly built for bigger babies. I've always been iffy about ordering these large cat towers for fear they will be cheap junk. But I went for this one, and I'm happy with my purchase so far! All parts were included, nothing damaged. It took me probably a little over an hour to assemble by myself, working at a pretty leisurely pace and with my cat "helping" along the way. My cat is average size (10-11 pounds) and he seems to fit comfortably on all the platforms and in the hides. I was definitely skeptical of the side hammock, but that's one of the first spots he went for and it held him with no problem. Assembly was easy. It came with instructions, this was the expected. This is my fourth cat condo. It is the first to come with instructions. The quality is good and my cats love it. The cats were climbing on it during the assembly.

Easy to put together. My cats love it! The beds on top are super soft. Ill admit I am kinda jealous and wish I too could lay on one. I have 6 cats total. Surprisingly all 3 of the balls are still on there. Im impressed because on their other two cat towers they sliced them right off. If you are thinking about purchasing do it!!!
