Arrived boxed in another box, and well packed. The assembly directions (although not all that clear), came with added directions on how to USE the actual box the product came in, to make a 'cat house' for your kitties. Very cute. We didn't bother, but it looks legit. We just gave them the boxes as is lol. The cat tree came with everything you need to assemble, plus spare hardware and a spare pom-pom. One person can build this on their own in 25 mins. The separate side 'basket' - as we call it, can support our biggest 14# boy. I'm impressed! Lots of scratching areas. Not too big or small. Seems stable. Came with stabilizing gear to affix it to a wall if you choose to do so. Pretty in the green. Good quality. Accurate product photos. All 5 of our kitties can use this, which is a huge plus. Great price at forty-five bucks for better quality than we expected. I have two four year old cats and had the bigger version of this from the same company that’s held up well, I got this one as it’s the perfect height for in front of my windows and have only had to rewrap one pole of the main one from this brand 7 months in. While it is clearly a bit small for an adult cat, or two, they don’t seem to mind and have been napping on it since I finished building it (20 minutes, simple directions). It’s a little more wobbly, as to be expected with size and price. The hanging baskets will likely stretch a bit with time but unlikely to stretch enough to where they’d ever hit the pieces below them. It shakes while they groom themselves or get on and off but I’m not too concerned but may one day wall mount it, unlike the big one I’ve never felt the need to. (Included picture of the big one for a size reference, especially if the baskets). ... show more

It is perfect, although it is smaller than I pictured it to be but it works for now. My cats absolutely love it now, it took a day for them to figure out it's theirs but now that's where they are most time. The instructions were easy to follow or just look at the box and see how it goes and can figure it out that way. Easiest cat tree I've ever put together. Only complaint is the delivery time it took 5 days to get even when I paid for 2 day shipping and the box was smashed all over and on edges but pieces inside weren't damaged. (Picture for reference- my orange cat is 7 months old a little on bigger side as she's part Maine coon) ... show more

This was easy to put together and was quite sturdy after I was done. Cat loves to hide in the box and sit in one of the hammocks. The scratching posts are at a good angle where the cat can stretch up and scratch them, good value, nice weight to keep it from tipping over (comes with anchors) cat loves it!
