Really beautiful knife with full-tang dark green Pakkawood handle and damascus blade. Fits comfortably in my hand with a stable grip. It's well balanced and a good size for slicing things like small tomatoes or limes where a paring knife would be awkward and a full chefs knife overkill. Also razor sharp and great for things like trimming fat where needed. So far, it has kept its edge, as would be expected with a Rockwell 60+ hardness. It will be interesting to see how easily it takes an edge when it does need to be sharpened. Cleans up easily, usually with just a rinse and a wipe - I do always clean it immediately after using, but that's true for any good knife. A pleasure to use. ... show more
