It is beautiful and large. I read some comments saying it was smaller than they expected and it didn’t match the measurements. It absolutely 100% matches the measurements they give. I wasn’t sure if it would because of that so I ordered an extra single seat. Turns out I shouldn’t have paid attention because now it is extra large and would have been fine without it. Takes some time for the cushions all to fluff back up but they are and are comfortable. My three dogs have been jumping all over it and they are large pit bulls and the back cushions stay up fine. Occasionally one may fall but that is to be expected. They hold up good. Also read the stools didn’t attach to the couch from one commenter but found the attachments for them and holes and they do attach. So some of the bad comments I found to be false. I absolutely love this set. Definitely recommend. I am 55 and put it together by myself. I don’t recommend doing it by yourself and neither does the company. It’s beautiful, comfortable large measurements as given sectional.

Omg, this sectional is gorgeous! The beautiful navy blue is a true eye catcher. It is firm but confortable and super easy to put toguether. Definitely recommend.

The backs are kind of flimsy and feel like they’re going to break off when I lean back. I have this centered in the room with no wall support. If it was against the wall it’d be fine, but I’m afraid that any day one wrong “aaah” and flop will be the end of one of the seat backs.

This is a great sofa, especially for the price. We needed far more seating than we had, purchased the color swatches first to assure the fabric would work for us with pets and rowdy kids! Bought the sofa, LOVE it. Contacted customer service to see about purchasing a new cushion, after over a year of use one of the most frequently used cushions had a seam separating. They would not allow us to pay for a new one instead said they would ship one to us at no charge! Extremely prompt service too, I think my email was replied to within 3 hours or so. Easily assembled this couch with the help of my hubby and 2 toddlers. The cushions puffed right up, the seat cushion velcro is the best velcro I've ever used. There are plenty of cushions for my family of 6 plus enough room for the kids not to be breathing each other's air. Lol All in all it's a great sofa and I would certainly purchase again.

We ordered a sectional that has a total of nine seat cushions. When the furniture arrived, all of the cushions were compressed -- vacuum packed. The instructions said it would take 48 hours for the cushions to expand to full size. After nearly three weeks, four of our nine cushions had not yet expanded fully. We contacted Belffin Customer Service through email ([email protected]) and asked for help. They asked us to send them a photo showing the problem, which we did. A week later four seat cushions arrived. Within one day, they had all expanded, and our furniture was complete. There was no hassle, no additional cost, no return of defective cushions. Thank you, Belffin.

This was the best sectional I've ever bought, and the quality is top notch, I love the customization aspect as well as the added storage!!! I also saved over 2,000 buying a much cheaper quality that wasn't even close to the durability, stunning color, half the size, and was name brand! If you are in the fence, DIVE OVER AND JOIN THE FAMILY, YOU WILL NOT REGRET YOUR DECISION!!! NOW THAT WE HAVE IT IN OUR LIVING ROOM, I AM GOING TO ORDER A COUPLE MORE PIECES SO THAT I CAN TURN IT INTO A GIANT SECTIONAL BED/SOFA FOR OUR FAMILY MOVIE MARATHON NIGHTS!!!
