These pans are great for the serious home cook. The heat distribution is unmatched and the pans are a breeze to clean. There's obviously some sticker shock but I foresee these pans lasting for quite some time - and the lifetime warranty should help justify the cost. That said, these pans are not remotely as non-stick as they'd like you to believe. Just don't expect to fire up some eggs and simply wipe the pan clean when you're done, and you'll be fine. One minor issue with the listing: When I purchased these as a "set" the picture showed the 7-quart saute pan as the hard-anodized but the item was actually the stainless steel finish. Zero issue with that as they're going to cook the same but definitely worth pointing out so you know what you're getting. ... show more

Definitely the BEST pans I have ever owned! Cooks and browns everything nicely. Easy clean up. I've had these pans over a month now and they still feel brand new! Make sure you add oil or butter before cooking or there will be some issues with sticky. There was a learning curve in the beginning but nice I got it down everything cooks beautifully! I think that food also tastes better coming out of these pans than any other pan I have had! ... show more

The best cookware we have ever had, a bit pricey but well worth the money. Works great on our induction cook top. Would definitely buy again if needed but the quality is so high I think it will last for a very long time.

At first I wasn't sure about them because I seasoned them and cooked my eggs in butter but still had sticking issues. I found that you really need to cook eggs at a medium low heat for them not to stick. However never had any other problems with anything else that I cooked. If your looking for an egg or omelet pan might be better to get a Teflon nonstick pan. ... show more
