I bought these as a gift. She said she loves them (former restaurant owner experienced in a kitchen). I have used them a time or two and they seem great to me.

    • They heat fast.
Only had these pans for a couple of months, so far they pre heat pretty fast on med heat, but the food does stick to the pan like scrambled eggs even with butter but it does clean fast. The griddle pan is good because the butter stays mostly in the center but the edge of the pan gets that burn that old pans get from a lot of use. I have to scrub the edges every time I use it so not to have that old pan burnt. It does clean good. Other than that I like it that the handles don't get hot.. I would give it 5 stars If the food didn't stick unless I'm doing something wrong. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I have had the same cookware for 40 years, which was a very nice stainless steel set that I purchased a long time ago. I enjoyed them, but things did stick to it when I was cooking. I decided to splurge and go with this set. I can promise you it will not disappoint! Nothing sticks to it. Once you finish cooking, you merely wash it out, and it’s ready to go again!! You don’t have to worry about any rust as well like with iron cast pans! I truly love this cookware! ... show more

First, I love the look of these. Second, after washing they still look new! Third, even heat distribution. Fourth, they are great with non sticking of food after seasoned! Sears meat nicely, addd crisp to potatoes!
