It is made of ABS and rubber. Weighs only 278g / 9.8oz. Connect to camera through a 1/4"-20 screw. Also with a 1/4"-20 hole at bottom for mounting on a tripod ball head or elsewhere. Multiple buttons available Most buttons of the camera are also available on the battery grip:shutter button,AF-ON button,multi-function button,main dial etc.This would be very convenient for your working especially when shooting vertically.
