This has helped so much for my hernia. I have had less pain not only with my abdominal hernia but it has also helped with my back pain, win win. It is easy to put on and easy to adjust the amount of pressure that you need in the area where your hernia is. I have no choice but to continue to work and lift even with my hernia. This has helped a lot while I have to work, it has been a blessing and a relief. It is extremely comfortable, the material is of good quality and I barely sweat while using it. It provides the support that I so desperately needed and didn’t realize how much I needed it until I had worn this. This is definitely universal. I had my guy friend wear it to see if it was something he may want for his hernia and it fit him as well as it had fit me. He is a truck driver and was able to position the pad to where he needed it and decided he was going to need one to. He didn’t want to take it off but of course I couldn’t live without it. This is worth every penny that they are asking for. Don’t hesitate to order this if you have a hernia and especially if you’re experiencing any discomfort from it.

Good quality, good fit and adjustable levels of compression/ support depending on how tight you pull it. The hernia pad can be repositioned so you get the placement of it just right. It's just a little too intense of a pressure for my mom's very large hernia so we remove the pad and use just the belt for the time being. Offers some pain relief for her so that in and of itself makes it worth the price but the price is still reasonable. Offers decent support and is easy enough for her to use on her own.

I have a small epigastric hernia in the linea alba of my abdominal wall, right above the navel, from decades of heavy weight training, and you know, being middle-aged. 😆 I used to squat 225 and deadlift about 235lbs, and bench press 165 when I was a younger lady, at a bodyweight of around 122lbs. Occasionally, the hernia bothers me; it feels like there's a tender spot, and I can feel a little bit of subcutaneous fat pushing through the defect. I can gently press on it with something like a balled-up towel, and it relieves the pressure and discomfort. This hernia belt is perfect for relieving the pain and pressure exactly where I need it, thanks to the round, domed soft pad. You put it on the exact spot, and you can get the perfect amount of pressure with the adjustable hook-and-loop closures. This is a fantastic way to manage the occasional discomfort, as I chose not to have surgery to repair it, as I would have to lay off any weight training for a whole month! 😱 As a lifelong athlete who trains hard every day, I didn’t want to do that unless I had no choice. The surgeon said I could live with it because I keep myself very lean, and my body fat is low, so there's less pressure on the hernia as long as I don't do anything stupid in my workouts. 😆 So I dropped my weight down to 118lbs or less, gave up on trying to go for my one rep max, and it's all good. This hernia belt is great for the occasional discomfort, probably because I did something I shouldn't have at the gym. Excellent quality, well-made, and it adjusts to fit with the exact amount of pressure you want. And the soft domed pad feels amazing. I got the S/M, and I can get it to fit snugly, even though my waist is only 26-27 inches.

This hernia belt does the job. What i really like about it is the fact that it has a specific place to put the velcro that way the fabric of the belt isn't being pulled apart. This makes a huge difference, be ause it means you can if you want wear this above your clothes without looking like a slob. The extra small belt was nice. Well worth it and compared to my other belt a lot more comfortable.

I used this belt for about a few days and it has been great. The front-closure design makes it easy to put on by myself and the extra compression strap helps target the midsection when I need a little more firmness. The dual-layer pad is a nice touch. The silicone core provides focused pressure while the soft sponge layer keeps the skin comfortable. It stayed in place during walking and light workouts and the pad remained aligned with the area I wanted to support. What works well is the all day comfort. The fabric is a lightweight cotton blend that breathes well and the rounded edges prevent chafing against the skin. The belt stays discreet under normal clothing and you can adjust the compression without having to crawl out of layers. The pad is removable and repositionable with a simple velcro setup which is handy if you want to switch targets or wash the outer belt. What doesn’t always work is the bulk factor. It can feel a bit bulky under tighter pants, especially when you are moving a lot. Some skin may irritate if worn directly on the skin for long stretches so I found wearing a light undershirt helped. The pad shift during extended activity, so I rechecked its position a couple of times during longer days. It’s ideal for recovery from abdominal procedures or for ongoing daily support for a variety of hernias. It suits both men and women and offers adjustable front-closure with an extra strap. If you want minimal bulk or have very sensitive skin, you may want to test wearing with an undershirt or consider how you plan to use it. Overall it's reliable, comfortable, and genuinely supportive with the option for extra compression. It's great value for the money and provides lots of support. It’s not a miracle cure but it delivers solid relief and practical design for everyday wear.
