I cannot recommend these speakers more. They sound incredible especially when mounted in a drop ceiling in an office or professional setting. The speakers utilize the space behind the drop ceiling to create its own base and subwoofer sound. The only complaint I have is that you cannot rename the Bluetooth device so if you have more than two speakers installed in one area it's very hard to tell the difference between them, especially if they become disconnected or unpaired from the device they were on. Other than that, I highly recommend them and they're worth every dime. What's important is the sound quality and it is certainly there for these speakers. ... show more

Don’t let these reviews fool you, as far as the Bluetooth, it’s ok. I’m using a head unit with my speakers and it works flawless, hard wired is always better. Also cutting holes out in the celing and wall fishing speaker lines is not for everyone. But with the proper hardwired install not the use of Bluetooth these speakers are amazing. ... show more

    • Bad Bluetooth Amp out of the box
UPDATE: The manufacturer never even responded to my email for the warranty, even though the manuals says to email them. Lowered the rating to 1 STAR. Luckily Amazon came through and replaced my item due to crappy manufacturer customer service. The speakers are very easy to install. The slave speakers connect automatically to the master pair. I checked all speakers and they work. The slave bluetooth connector is the problem on mine. One of the connections does not work. I swapped speakers on the one that works, and it's fine so I've narrowed it down to the amp. The sound is ok. I'd like some more base response but there doesn't seem to be much, or I just haven't figured that part out yet. Let's see how their customer service is. (Update: Still no response from Herdio customer service. Luckily Amazon Customer service is better and they are replacing the system) ... show more
