I would like to edit and add that the company took the feedback seriously and responded nicely. I hope they will implant the corrections in the factory to make the assembling easier for customers. Furniture already in use, so far all good. Once you finally finish assembling this garden furniture set, it actually looks quite nice. Unfortunately, getting to that point is an absolute nightmare. Assembly took me nearly eight hours, which honestly feels like time taken straight out of my life. Almost none of the screws can be installed using a power screwdriver — you’re basically forced to use a tiny manual hook-style tool included in the box. By the end of the process, I had two painful blisters on my hands. Another serious issue is the brand labels attached to the furniture. They stick out enough that brushing against them could easily cause a cut. This feels poorly designed and potentially unsafe. For this price range, the assembly experience is completely unacceptable. The finished product looks decent, but the amount of effort, frustration, and discomfort required to put it together makes it very hard to recommend. Overall: good appearance, terrible assembly experience.

For the price, this set delivers exceptional quality and comfort. It feels substantial and well-built, yet surprisingly easy to assemble. The cushions are comfortable and the textured fabric adds a nice touch. The color is beautiful.

This set is amazing! worth the money. It’s comfortable, and its size is great we actually had to place 3 pieces out on the front patio (including two of the chairs) bc they all would not fit in the back. So in the pictures u see only the backyard, but what you see is what you get. Looks just like the pictures and easily holds my 6ft 5 320lb father in law with no problems. :). Also the fire pit is top notch we did s’mores the first night and it also adds elegance to your atmosphere with the flames and fire rocks. be patient as it delivers in 5 separate boxes some come in early and the others will come later but by or before the date it’s said to be delivered. Highly suggest you start putting together box by box as they come as trying to do all together could be overwhelming bc it’s a big set and will take time and a golden nugget is not to tighten the screws all the way until you have them all in place for each piece trust me it will save you time an a head ache lol.

This product requires assembly, and the tools provided would take days to get the job done. You’ll need a socket wrench and a power screw driver with hex attachment to complete the assembly. The completed set looks good, and the seat cushions on the ottomans and sofa have non slip fabric underneath. The chairs were harder to put together than the other pieces and took the longest time.

The media could not be loaded. One of the best pieces in my house! It is very solidly built. Large enough for comfortably sitting or laying on top of it. Took about 30 minutes to assemble, very easy process and all the tools are included. Not only I love it, the dogs are claiming it as their own bed now. I find myself spending much more time in the yard with the family with the more comfortable seating.
