Background: Having just spent $25,000 remodeling my outside desk, my wife and I decided it was time to replace the furniture as well. We went through the patio shops and looked at all of the furniture and we weren't impressed with the quality vs. price. Just for kicks, I decided to see what was available on Amazon and I'm so glad we did! Result: We love it, and so do our friends and neighbors. We would buy it again, and I do recommend it to anyone looking for furniture in the $800-1500 price range. Pros: FAST delivery - we ordered on Wednesday at 10:30 PM, and it was delivered in full by 8:00 AM Saturday. Easy to assemble if you've ever assembled any furniture previously. No hardware issues - nothing missing, nothing stripped, everything fit properly. Sturdy construction - not rickety at all. Cushions - firm and comfortable. Fabric - sturdier than typical outdoor furniture. I would say the upholstery is on par with interior furniture. Generous sizing - plenty of room on every chair and each seat on the sofa. Includes a propane fire pit. Cons: They don't sell matching pieces separately. Furniture covers aren't included.

Of course we didn't use the fire table inside. However, we just moved to our forever home. We received this set before we got our living room furniture. It was sturdy and fairly easy to assemble. Hubby got it all together with some extra hands from my daughter. Warning, the boxes are heavy but the furniture is amazing. When my children traveled here for Christmas we had seats for everyone.

I researched for a long time before choosing a set for our back porch. This set is great! Arrived well packaged with no damage. It was relatively easy to assemble. The instructions just have pictures, no words. The cushions are comfy to sit on, but I wish the back cushions were a little thicker. Great quality, feels sturdy, doesn't scratch my deck when I move it around. Our favorite thing is the fire pit table!!

I recently purchased patio furniture from Amazon, and I must say I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience. From start to finish, this purchase was riddled with dissatisfaction. Firstly, the assembly process was an absolute nightmare. The furniture took an unnecessarily long time to put together, and the instructions provided were confusing and poorly written. It felt like a frustrating puzzle that I never signed up for. Furthermore, the quality of the cushions was extremely disappointing. The material used was of poor quality, and it felt uncomfortable and cheap. It's a shame that the cushions, which are supposed to provide comfort and relaxation, ended up being a major letdown. To make matters worse, when I realized how dissatisfied I was with this purchase, I wanted to return the furniture. However, the return process was either non-existent or overly complicated, leaving me with no option but to keep the subpar patio furniture. Overall, I cannot stress enough how unsatisfied I am with this purchase. The combination of the cumbersome assembly, confusing instructions, poor quality cushions, and lack of a reasonable return policy has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this patio furniture to anyone in search of a reliable, comfortable, and hassle-free outdoor seating solution. One of the reasons I bought this set was due to the Advertisement stating cushions were 5 inches, firm and resilient. I was very disappointed. The cushions are flat flimsy and no resilience or firmness at all. I also paid to have this set assembled. At 66 years of age and back issues; assembly was not an option. I ask the sellers if they provided assembly; of course not! It took several hours to assemble and this service person new what he was doing. The couch was a bit smaller than photo. The picture shows this Patio Set with full firm cushions on the back and seat. Again that’s not what your going to get. I read reviews. I guess we all have our own definition of firm. I don’t feel it’s worth the money. The fire pit has a scratches on the side. The beige color just fades into nothing. I called the seller about this lack of firmness as advertised and fire pit scratches. I was so let down on their attitude toward inferior merchandise. They offered me few dollars that did not commensurate with the 1300$ plus 300$ assembly I paid. Now I have to deal with trying to return this set. But that’s what it will have to be. I will not be taken advantage of; so pick up this crap! I’m so tired of online shopping. You just don’t know what your getting. I tried to upload pics but the system was not allowing it. NOTE: Beware if you purchase from a 3rd party vendor and need to return; you will have a hard time. Amazon apparently contracts with these vendors but can’t get them to refund on inferior or damaged merchandise. I’ve changed the amount stars due to the fact I’ve called Amazon 4 times to resolve this issue and they have not. The communication is horrible. Amazon customer service has not followed through on resolving this issue.

The cushions feel cheap and look nothing like the picture. Back cushions don’t attach to the back rest so they slip and get very wrinkled, and no where near the pouf as shown. I’m gonna end up buying new cushions
